Quinton Eriya Shares Near 3,500-Calorie Bulking Cheat Meal in 2023 Off-Season

Canadian bodybuilder Quinton Eriya emerged as a promising Men’s Open contender with a strong season in 2019. In a recent YouTube video, Eriya consumed a massive helping of about 3,500 calories. In addition, he mentioned that he implements cheat meals like this one five times per week in the 2023 off-season.
Quinton Eriya boasts a physique with impressive muscle mass, shape, and genetics along with a tight waist. He made his IFBB Pro debut at the 2019 Toronto Pro Supershow and finished fifth. He followed up with a sixth-place finish at the 2019 Vancouver Pro. In 2020, Eriya made his way to the New York Pro and took eighth in a competitive lineup.
Eriya left the fans stunned with a crazy aesthetic physique update in Nov. 2021. He turned in a strong performance at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro and placed fifth. He declared his ambitions to earn an invite to the 2022 Mr. Olympia competition with a win at the Toronto Pro Supershow. Ultimately, he narrowly missed out on the top prize to Joel Thomas and took silver in Canada.
Men’s Open standout Nick Walker joined forces with Eriya for a brutal back workout in Jan. 2022. Eriya revealed he enjoyed using high reps for every body part other than the chest while performing the training session with the former Arnold Classic winner.

Last year, Quinton Eriya displayed significant improvements to his physique at the 2022 Tampa Pro. He scored bronze behind former 212 Olympia champion Kamal Elgargni and winner Akim Williams. He was last seen in action at the 2022 Texas Pro, where he placed fifth. Following the event, Eriya received major praise from Mark Anthony and bodybuilding legend Jay Cutler. Cutler lauded the rising athlete as a potential Olympia title contender.

Quinton Eriya destroys nearly 3,500 cals in a cheat meal
In a recent YouTube video, Quinton Eriya devoured about 3,500 calories in a single cheat meal and says he consumes similar helpings five times a week on the days he works out.
“I have five cheat meals or free meals, whatever you wanna call them, I have five of them every week and they’re only on training days,” said Eriya. “So, normally I have it for my fifth meal. However, sometimes I swap it out just depending on what I have going on during the day.”
He ate the following items along with some ketchup:

2 hamburgers = 1,680 cals
Regular fries = 960 cals
Chocolate Oreo Milkshake = 670 cals

Total = 3,310 calories.
Quinton Eriya and Nick Walker collaborated for a grueling push-day workout a month ago. Walker joined the budding talent during his trip to Canada and smashed a challenging workout targeting the chest, delts, and triceps.
Eriya took to the stage with Walker in a guest-posing appearance at the 2023 Pure Muscle Championships last month. The duo delivered a memorable pose down with Down syndrome bodybuilder Kyle Landi. Based on Eriya’s latest offering, it appears he’s focused on making the most of the off-season as he eyes his ticket to the Mr. Olympia contest.

Quint Beastwood Looks Insane 4 Weeks Out, Gets Support From Blessing Awodibu

Quint Beastwood Looks Insane 4 Weeks Out, Gets Support From Blessing Awodibu

Quint Beastwood has taken his physique to the next level.
Top bodybuilding prospect Quinton Eriya is looking incredible just 4 weeks out from his next show. The talented competitor is even being cheered on by fellow bodybuilder Blessing Awodibu. From his recent physique update, Quinton is looking sharp and much improved since his last showing.
Hoping to bring something new to the table at his next showing, Quinton Eriya better known as Quint Beastwood has shored up some of his weak points. While he already possesses the kind of incredible structure to put the division on notice, Quint Beastwood was missing a few things. With his incredible symmetry and conditioning its clear that he had what it takes to be a future top contender. Unfortunately, one major factor was holding him back from greatness.
His legs.
While Quint Beastwood did indeed have some well defined legs, he needed to add more size if he wanted to stand out. Well his recent physique updates have proven that he understood his assignment. Now Quint has gone on to add more mass to his wheels and it could be the key factor to take him to the next level.
Todays workout was interesting. One of those days where I felt weak, felt like I couldn’t catch a pump, just standing up was tiring haha. I knew that having a good workout today was gonna be an uphill climb. In moments like these, I smile. I realize. This is what I need to be my best. Nobody ever accomplished greatness by being comfortable. The moment I embraced it, was the moment my workout became amazing. Your mind is a very powerful tool, use it to your advantage.

No Excuses
It’s obvious the Quint Beastwood is dedicated to his craft. In a recent post to his Instagram Quint let his feelings be known on how every bodybuilder should be approaching the game.
Get it done ☑️I hate hearing competitors complain.. ESPECIALLY bodybuilders . Like shut the heck up. You signed up for this. Nobody is holding a gun to your head. Either do it or don’t. But if you’re gonna do it. Do it right. None of that soft ish.

Support From a Fellow Top Pro
Clearly Quint Beastwood is a passionate bodybuilder who makes no excuses and is always looking to become the best version of himself. He’s not the type to curse and complain, but rather go underground and take care of business like a professional. This kind of mindset and approach to the game could push Quint to being one of the top bodybuilders in the future. Even Blessing Awodibu is singing is praises.
“Looking amazing, get that win cuz we need this physique at the O, enough of all these shredded refrigerators looking ass lol”

From the looks of things, it’s clearly just a matter of time before Quint Beastwood becomes a household name. If he can string some wins together, then he could become one of the top prospects to potentially compete the Mr. Olympia title.
What do you think of Quint Beastwood?

With Some of the Best Genetics Ever, Could Quinton Eriya Be a Future Contender?

With Some of the Best Genetics Ever, Could Quinton Eriya Be a Future Contender?

Quinton Eriya has the potential to be the future of the Men’s Open Bodybuilding division.
Heading into the upcoming Romania Muscle Fest Pro, Quinton Eriya is proving to be a man to watch. With incredible genetics, Eriya may have what it takes to pull the upset at the show and is a definite dark horse to keep an eye on.
There’s no doubt about it, bodybuilding is constantly changing. Where the Golden Era was all about aesthetics and symmetry, the modern day has been dominated by mass monsters. After the emergence of champions like Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman, it comes as no shock that bodybuilding would demand athletes to pack on more muscle than ever before.
A New Era

But there appears to be a bit of a shift occurring these days. While bodybuilders still must maintain well muscular physiques, the emphasis on massive muscle has changed. More recently aesthetic bodybuilders have been claiming top honors at Olympia qualifying shows. Shaun Clarida proved that massive size isn’t everything after winning at the Legion Sports Fest. That alone shows the potential for aesthetic bodybuilders to make their case for the top of the division.
New blood are starting to slowly take over in the Men’s Open division. Now names like Nick Walker, Hunter Labrada, and Regan Grimes are entering the fray. Each one of them are making their case for becoming the future of the division. But they aren’t the only ones who could potentially change the face of modern bodybuilding. Other contenders are looking to make their case as well.

At the upcoming Romania Muscle Fest Pro the returning Quinton Eriya looks to make his case as a man to watch in the future. Once touted as having the best genetics in bodybuilding by Greg Doucette, Eriya certainly has the kind of potential you want to see in an up and coming pro. He has a very balanced physique and most importantly knows how to present it. He has the kind of structure that could certainly propel him to the top of the division if he plays his cards right.
Incredible Potential
A recent post by his trainer Dorian Hamilton best showcases the kind of potential Quinton Eriya possesses.

Who is excited to see @quintbeastwood do business this weekend at the @romania_muscle_fest_pro ?

If Eriya is able to bring a physique like this to the stage, albeit a bit fuller, he could really make a case for winning the show. That said, he has the likes of Rafael Brandao to till with who is also looking in insane shape ahead of the show.
