“Natty or Not | My Actual Opinion”: Seth Feroce Delves Into The Natural Status of Influencers Yet Again

“Natty or Not | My Actual Opinion”: Seth Feroce Delves Into The Natural Status of Influencers Yet Again

The use of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs has been a subject of debate in the fitness industry for decades now. While it’s evident that bodybuilders frequently use these substances to showcase a chiseled physique on stage, the widespread availability of these drugs in the internet age is certainly a worrisome issue. Retired IFBB Pro bodybuilder […]

Bodybuilder Seth Feroce ‘Exposes’ 12 Most Famous Influencers in the Fitness Industry: ‘Natty or Not’

The ‘Natty or Not’ debate has remained one of the most talked about fitness subjects in the industry. Recently, retired bodybuilder Seth Feroce posted a YouTube video where he examined the bodies of some popular influencers in the industry. He also gave his opinion on whether they use steroids or not.

“We’re not doing one person, you said everybody,” Feroce shared.

Feroce is a highly respected bodybuilder who made a name for himself in the Men’s Open and 212 Bodybuilding divisions. During his tenure, which occurred mostly in the 2000s, Feroce displayed exceptional conditioning, balance, and symmetry. He was led by Hany Rambod, a decorated trainer who is currently responsible for guiding top-tier athletes such as Hadi Choopan, Derek Lunsford, and Andre Deiu.
Over the last few years, ‘Natty or Not’ disputes have become the center of online discussions in the fitness world. Influencers are known for tackling these sensitive topics like Kenny KO. He’s discussed Mike O’Hearn’s natural status with him face-to-face. O’Hearn claims to be a lifetime natural athlete, who continues to defy age with a ripped physique and powerful lifts.

Joe Rogan has insinuated that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Chris Hemsworth should come clean and admit their gear use as well. This revelation came after Derek of More Plates More Dates’ infamous exposé of Liver King’s (Real name: Brian Johnson) leaked steroid cycle. Meanwhile, Bradley Martyn also suspects that The Rock uses steroids.
The latest to take part in the controversial discussion was Seth Feroce. He systematically broke down 12 of the most popular influencers’ physiques and determined whether or not they are using PEDs.
Alex Eubank – Not Natty

“He is on the fucking border. I like Alex I’ve talked to him a handful of times on IG. He seems like a good kid. He says he’s natty. I know he’s made a lot of videos about him possibly transitioning over to the dark side, it looks like he takes something. He does have good genetics,” said Seth Feroce.
Shizzylifts – Not Natty

“They’re saying this dude is natural? There’s no fucking way. Is this an edited photo? Dude, this dude has got some serious arms. He trains hard, doesn’t he? I’ve seen these training videos of him.”
Sam Sulek – Not Natty

“That’s like asking if I’m natural. I just found him maybe a couple of weeks ago because it just popped up on my YouTube. He’s young too, isn’t he? This is all I see. This is the reason I like this kid. I see parts of me in him. This guy is definitely fucking batshit crazy. He has his shit together. In his videos, he’s calm, cool, and collected. Does his own thing.”
“He is fucking in it. You can’t pass judgment upon people for what they want to do with their lives because Sam seems to be having a massive impact on the fitness community,” said Seth Feroce. “A lot of people want to focus on the bad which would be his acne, the issues with steroid abuse, the long-term effects. But then at the same time, nobody would give two flying fucks about who Sam is if he wasn’t being who he is now.”
Jesse James West – Natty

“I could say that he’s natural. He seems like a decent guy. He seems like he loves what he’s doing. That’s all you can ask for for people that are doing things like this. I’d say out of everyone so far, he’s the one that I would say is natural.”
Tristyn Lee – Natty

“He seems like an actual genuine good guy, him and his brothers. Stupid genetics run in his family, stupid genetics. Dude, it’s [his conditioning] always around with him. But I’ve seen the videos that Doucette did on him about the being too skinny or too shredded all the time. You know that this young man is going through his own battles. Because if he’s training like he’s doing those things and eating like he is, he is obsessed.”
“I don’t know man. I think he’s probably dabbled with a few things. More recently in the past couple of years simply because he loves the gym. At the same time, you can throw in an oral for six weeks and notice a difference, especially if you’re on point like he is with everything he does. Why would you do such a thing? To learn and have fun. He could be natural because he has crazy genetics.”
“He’s had such steady progress, I could say that he’s natural because he’s never made massive jumps in weight, never. He is stronger than a motherfucker though.”
Tren Twins – Not Natty

“Obviously they’re not natural but by no means do I think these two take as much as people think they do. Their name was catchy they called themselves the Tren Twins. It’s awesome, it’s fun, it’s entertaining. They’re big, swole as fuck right here.”
Greg Doucette – Not Natty

“Greg is not on Tren no way. He’s on TRT obviously, he talks about it regularly. Yeah, dude, Greg is always in shape. He’s always in shape. Greg has been around, he’s older than I am and I can tell you right now if I cut peanut butter pretzels out of my diet, I’ll lose weight.”
“Greg has been like, ‘I rolled out of bed this is what I look like.’ We’re like yeah, you look like you’re on TRT. And post-workout, yeah, Greg you look like you’re taking Tren because the veins on your legs look paper thin.”
Mike O’Hearn – Natty

“Do I think he’s natty? I do think that he is natty but I do not think he’s human. I say Mike is an alien. Mike is an alien, he’s not a real human being. I think he’s from a different planet. There’s no reason, no amount of gear that still says you being a 50-plus-year-old man, that you should be able to bench 405 pounds for reps and do all the crazy wild fucked up shit he does. No fucking way. Why are you doing that? How are you doing that? Not from earth.”
Liver King – Not Natty

“The thing is Omnitrope, that growth hormone is some of the wildest growth hormone I’ve ever taken. There’s different levels of growth hormone, you can get the Chinese, and that’s some fucking knock-off bullshit, does it work, yeah sure. I could take ten IUs of it and be pretty good.”
Jeff Seid – Not Natty

“I think that he dabbled. Put him in the category of like Alex. If everything was off, he might be like ‘No, I just never have.’ But I wouldn’t be surprised if he was like, ‘Yeah, I took some stuff, I took Anavar, I took some SARMs.”
David Laid – Not Natty

“These people in person are probably not as big as they look on here,” said Seth Feroce. “These guys work, they’re not not doing shit. That’s not what this video is, but I don’t think he’s natural. It’s a little too much to claim natural.”
Lexx Little – Natty

“He’s probably strong but then you tell me he benches 405, that’s a strong lift for a little man. I mean, he’s got a great physique. He’s using the camera angle and the lends and the twisting waist. His upper body, I’d say you could achieve this naturally yes.”
Parting Thoughts
“Whenever you’re young you’re supposed to experience life and chase after things that are unique and special. You don’t get to be elite or great without intensity or passion okay? It just doesn’t fucking occur,” said Feroce.
“Most of the people on the list have a following that is very intense. My hats off to you young gentlemen, I hope you continue to do cool shit but keep living. It’s okay, you will be scrutinized for anything you do.”
This won’t be the last fans hear of ‘Natty or Not’ discussions. Just recently, former kickboxing champion and controversial influencer Andrew Tate was the center of the debate due to his built physique. According to Tate, he’s never touched testosterone replacement therapy or steroids in his life. In response to the claim, Derek of More Plates More Dates examined his body and determined that the evidence ‘leaned toward’ Tate being natural.

As for Seth Feroce, he believes no matter what athletes do, if they find any sort of success, scrutiny will follow them. Even though he suspected that many of these influencers used PEDs, Feroce refused to discount the hard work that went into achieving such impressive physiques.

Seth Feroce Reacts to Death of Jo Lindner aka ‘Joesthetics’: ‘Another Good Guy Gone Way Too Soon’

Seth Feroce Reacts to Death of Jo Lindner aka ‘Joesthetics’: ‘Another Good Guy Gone Way Too Soon’

German bodybuilder Jo Lindner, popularly known as ‘Joesthetics,’ was celebrated for his insanely shredded physique and crazy striations. His tragic passing rocked the bodybuilding world earlier this month. In a recent video uploaded on YouTube, Seth Feroce shared his reaction to the death of ‘Joesthetics.’
Canadian IFBB Pro Seth Feroce first gained attention for his impressive muscle mass, size, and build in the early 2000s. While he hasn’t competed in several years, he still has his finger on the pulse of bodybuilding. He’s known for his outspoken personality and isn’t afraid to ruffle some feathers with his hot takes on a range of topics related to fitness, especially steroid use.
In Sep. 2022, Feroce issued a stark warning against the overuse of Trenbolone by younger bodybuilders, with some taking upwards of 1,000 milligrams of the harsh substance. He reported positive updates about his health and admitted he regrets not competing more, leaving the door open for a potential comeback. Then, he crushed a brutal arm workout showing off his jacked package in Oct. 2022.
Earlier this year, Feroce opened up on his ambitions to cut down the fat he had put on over the last three years. He expressed his affinity for bodybuilding and declared plans to get back to his best form by getting super shredded. Next, he collaborated with Fitness Olympia winner Missy Truscott for a challenging shoulder workout two months ago.
Social media sensation Joesthetics gained attention for his symmetrical package with a ripped midsection and freakish striations. He offered fitness-based content infused with a touch of comedy. His training clips and skits lifting weights quickly gained him over 9 million followers on Instagram.

Joesthetics opened up on a health scare he faced after taking diuretics and his experience using insulin last month. He reasoned that diuretics could result in extreme dehydration and revealed the craziest steroid cycle he ever used in competition. He joined forces with powerlifting sensation Larry Wheels weeks later to help Wheels sharpen his posing skills ahead of his highly anticipated bodybuilding debut.
On July 1, Lindner’s girlfriend announced he passed away at 30 years old because of an aneurysm. Members of the community rushed in with their support and paid tributes online. There was speculation about what caused Lindner’s death at such a young age with some blaming it on the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine after Lindner revealed ‘heavy metals,’ ‘particles,’ and clots were found in his blood.
Seth Feroce Reacts to Death of ‘Joesthetics’ aka Jo Lindner
In a recent YouTube video, Seth Feroce reacted to the passing of ‘Joesthetics,’ aka Jo Lindner.
Feroce was on vacation when he heard the news and although he did not know him, he felt the impact Jo had.
“Another bodybuilder’s dead, Joe Lindner, Joesthetics, another one that sucks. Another guy gone way too soon, another good guy gone way too soon,” continued Feroce. “I never met Joe. I didn’t know him personally but I never met one person that had anything bad to say about that man.
“We were on vacation when he passed. I’m not going to lie, it stopped me in my f**king tracks like oh b***h, Joe was 30 years old.”
He doesn’t believe there’s reason to speculate whether steroids had anything to do with it.
“I don’t care what you do it’s your life. But what I do care about is whenever people talk sh*t, make a bunch of claims that they don’t know f**k all about about another man’s life whenever he’s passed.
“I don’t know if [steroids] had anything to do with his death, not going to speculate because I haven’t heard anything behind the scenes.”
“People can speculate all they want. They can say there’s a reason that he passed and is that reason ever going to be found out? We don’t know nor does it really matter because there’s another good man gone from the planet.”
Feroce lauded Joesthetics for being one of the nicest people in the industry and inspiring others to better themselves.
“We are in this community to become better people. We don’t pass judgment on other people because of what they do with their lives. When someone chooses to do whatever they want to in their life, that’s what they do. With Joe like I said I never heard a bad thing about that man. In an industry full of fake, ignorant, dick, douchebag people, to not hear one bad thing about that man, says a lot about his character and the people he influenced and why so many people loved him.”
“A lot of young men want to become better versions of themselves because of Joe.”
Feroce paid his tributes to Jo with some of his favorite things about him.
“What boggles our mind is people that don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t ever do anything bad, they do exactly what they are supposed to, they are perfect in every sense of the word, they eat healthy and do all these things, and then somehow come down with breast cancer or lung cancer or get hit by a train or a bus, something just takes their life way too soon. These things happen in life.
“One thing guaranteed is we’re going to die in life. Just a matter of if there’s any cool stories to tell about you when you’re gone. With Joe, I’ll remember Joe for his alien gains and wow’d look, for his funny comedic videos, and also for giving sound bro science advice.”
“Whenever bad sh*t happens because of some of the things you do that’s just how it goes. You can’t cry about it. It’s sad, it’s gut-wrenching especially because death does not care whether you are a good person or not.”
Joesthetics served as an inspiration to millions of younger fitness fans and his legacy will continue to live on the internet.

Seth Feroce Joins Missy Truscott To Build Hulking Shoulders

Seth Feroce Joins Missy Truscott To Build Hulking Shoulders

Veteran bodybuilder Seth Feroce is following an arduous training regime a decade after retirement. He recently partnered with Fitness Olympia winner Missy Truscott for a shoulder workout and posted the video on his YouTube channel.
Feroce competed in the 2000s era and he is a prominent voice in the sport of bodybuilding. A vocal critic of the bodybuilding lifestyle and steroid use in the sport, the 39-year-old has leaned in to high-intensity functional training in recent years to be able to do the physical activities he loves doing. However, he has reinserted weight training in the routine for complete development. In recent months, Seth Feroce has opened up about a health scare and also teased a return to the competitive stage. However, he is yet to update about the further developments.
Feroce partnered with IFBB Pro bodybuilder Missy Truscott for his recent shoulder training session. One of the foremost names in the IFBB Pro League’s fitness division, Truscott has a solid resume to boast about. She is a two-time Fitness Olympia winner and secured the wins at the 2020 and the 2022 Olympia.
Her two other Olympia appearances in 2019 and 2021 resulted in a runner-up finish. Truscott has never finished below the top two in any of the Pro shows she participated in. She has the 2021 Arnold Classic, the 2022 Boston Pro as well as the 2021 Legion Sports Fest Pro wins on her record.
Feroce acquainted Truscott with his training methods and shared some unique tips to get round and muscular shoulders. So let’s get straight to the business and see what Feroce has in store for us.

Seth Feroce and Missy Truscott collaborate for a shoulder workout
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
The bodybuilders started off with the dumbbell shoulder press to work the anterior deltoid muscles. They pushed through some heavy sets of the exercise to pump the delts with blood and jumped into the next exercise.
Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Feroce and Truscott performed this exercise to work the lateral / medial delts. While anterior and posterior deltoids are activated during most pushing and pulling exercises, medial delts need specific exercises to get activated.
Feroce admitted that he had the habit of swaying his upper body during the lateral raises but addressed this problem by slightly modifying the technique. He explained:
“So I hug a tree so that my arms are like this (bent in the elbow to form a circle) and they come down so they wouldn’t be straight, they’d be bent. Then I just come up.”
This way, Feroce ensured that he was doing the exercise the right way. Additionally, he feels that keeping straight arms never appealed to him because he wanted to ‘get jacked’.

The 39-year-old always wanted to push himself beyond failure to make more gains. However, he wanted to find ways other than drop sets to go beyond failure. His pursuit led him to this technique:
“I would pick a weight and I would go to absolute failure with it and then I would cut that weight in half and do double the reps.”
“Say I’m doing the incline dumbbell press with the 140s and I get 15 reps, now I go do the 70s for 30 reps. It doesn’t matter how long I take to do it but I got to do those 30 reps.”
While this method may not be the perfect way to work for everyone, it has definitely worked for Feroce. The training partners annihilated some heavy sets of dumbbell lateral raises and moved on to the posterior deltoid muscles next.
Superset – Bent Over Dumbbell Lateral Raises and Bent Over Cable Rear Delt Rows
The duo took to this superset for working the posterior deltoids / rear delts. Rear deltoids are a small muscle group. While most people advise utilizing a full range of motion on the rear delt exercises, Feroce has a completely different lookout to work this muscle group. He explained his idea of working the rear delts using bent over lateral raises as an example.
“I found out that whenever I do the bent over dumbbell lateral raises out here like this (doing only partial reps at the bottom with approximately 40 percent range of motion) using heavier weights but a small movement, I just got them to fire up.”

Feroce is not a fan of doing six to eight reps of any exercise as he loves to get in more volume. Therefore he supersets the bent over dumbbell lateral raises with the face pulls – BUT with a twist.
Unlike the standard face pulls, Feroce bends over to this exercise so that his head is exactly between the arms.
“Then I pull down like I am doing the rear double biceps,” Seth Feroce said.
He added:
“So this is that movement right here and I pull with my rear delts that are already full of blood from getting engaged from the bent over dumbbell lateral raises. So I pull back right here, hang out here and beat the sh** out of my rear delts.”
Feroce and Truscott performed all the sets within this superset in rapid succession and minimal rest periods to activate the posterior deltoid muscles. After this they took to the final exercise of the day.

Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises
The duo chose this anterior delt movement as the finisher to this training session. Feroce found a unique technique for doing this exercise by simply trying out different arm positions to figure out the one position where the anterior delts looked most muscular.
“So I’m like how can I position myself so that I see this nasty feathered front delt and it comes into its most muscular…” Feroce stated.
He realized that the anterior delts were most engaged when the dumbbells were raised in front while bending forward at the hips. However, Feroce does perform both variations of front raises – bent over and upright.
Truscott and Feroce cranked out some solid sets of alternating dumbbell front raises and wrapped up the training session.
Overall, the workout consisted of following exercises:

Seth Feroce Says Nick Walker ‘Allowed to Be Fuc**ng Pissed’ After Samson Dauda Loss at 2023 Arnold Classic

Seth Feroce Says Nick Walker ‘Allowed to Be Fuc**ng Pissed’ After Samson Dauda Loss at 2023 Arnold Classic

Seth Feroce, a bodybuilding standout from the 2000s, is known for his boisterous personality on the microphone. In a recent HWMF Podcast, Feroce discussed the public reaction to Nick Walker‘s loss to Samson Dauda at the 2023 Arnold Classic.
The Men’s Open division underwent major shifts since last December. At the 2022 Mr. Olympia show, Hadi Choopan claimed gold. Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay fell to fifth place whereas contenders Derek Lunsford and Nick Walker moved up to the podium in second and third.
Weeks after his Las Vegas performance, Nick Walker announced his entry into the Arnold Classic after the promoters increased the Men’s Open prize money to $300,000. Despite his status as a heavy favorite, ‘The Mutant’ was denied a second title in Ohio. Nigeria’s Samson Dauda ultimately won the show and secured his invitation to this year’s Olympia contest in November.

The results of the competition were met with controversy online. In a Mutant and the Mouth podcast, Walker, joined by Guy Cisternino, Seth Feroce, and Nick Trigili, discussed whether judging should be more transparent in the IFBB Pro League. While some fans disagreed with Walker losing to Dauda, athletes rep Bob Cicherillo cleared the air and highlighted that Dauda presented a better combination of aesthetics, size, conditioning, stage presentation, and shape.
Seth Feroce on Nick Walker’s Future: “He Is What I Believe Bodybuilding Is All About”
Seth Feroce thought Walker deserved to defeat Dauda in Ohio last month. He added that Walker is allowed to be ‘fuc**ng pissed’ following the outcome.
“At the end of the day, if you took second place and you gave your absolute best, and be like, ‘Not going to lie, I really fuc**ng wanted to win, I’m happy with where I’m at because I’m proud of myself I got to this point, however, I wanted the title.’ I think everybody feels like that. Everybody like Nick Walker when he lost to Samson at the Arnold; I thought Nick won personally.
I thought Nick won and I broke it down from a standpoint, I should have made a YouTube video about it and went off. But, it’s like, Nick is allowed to be fuc**ng pissed. Why would Nick be like, ‘Hey, great job, I’m so glad I took second place to you.’ No, he’s allowed to be mad. What the fuc* is going on with the community about not being pissed whenever Nick was at his – in my opinion, I think that was his best physique to date and people are like, ‘He looked better at the Olympia.’ He did not look fuc**ng better at the Olympia. I thought he looked watery and too full at the Olympia, gave him an awkward shape. I thought he looked incredible at the Arnold and beat Samson,” Seth Feroce shared.
“You’re allowed to say that. Why does everybody think that you have to be such an upstanding young gentlemen and be like, ‘Congratulations to Samson, I’m really happy with second place.’ It’s okay, Nick has a champion mentality, everybody knows that about Nick, you’re allowed to be mad. Don’t tell Samson he’s a fuc**ng piece of shit, you know what I mean, but be like, ‘Congratulations, I’m coming for your ass motherfu**er.”
“Nobody gets to the biggest stage in the world to compete for the top spot and isn’t excited about not being number one, nobody. I don’t think anyone. Whenever you were training, that level was also unique. Very few people even get to that level so to even be able to get inside those people’s heads, you can’t. Like, I use Nick as an example because I’ve been a fan of Nick whenever he was just in Jersey with Condemnned Labs.”

According to Feroce, Walker is an ideal ambassador for the sport because he uses hard work and sacrifice to defeat athletes with better genetic potential.

“He is what I believe bodybuilding is all about. Because Nick is not genetically gifted from a looks standpoint. He has the genetics to be a freak, but he’s not a flowing physique. And Nick is someone who is able to take this non-gifted aesthetic pretty physique and become a top professional. One of the best in the world at bodybuilding through work, through dedication, through sacrifice, that is what bodybuilding is all about.
He’s beaten people that are incredibly gifted and have beautiful flowing physiques with just work. That is work and sacrifice,” Feroce added.
“Nick Walker is a champion mentality person. It’s not a joke, it’s not a facade, and anybody that’s like, ‘Nick is fuc**ng arrogant.’ I’m like, yes, you should have that confidence in yourself when you are the best in the world.”

In addition to keeping tabs on the Men’s Open division, Seth Feroce recently dedicated himself to a physique transformation. Given his status as an elite 212 competitor, it didn’t take long for Feroce’s improvements to be noticed. He shared an intense arms workout and said his plan is to get ‘fuc**ng shredded’ in retirement.

Walker, who is expected to compete at the 2023 Mr. Olympia November 2-5, believes Hadi Choopan won’t repeat as champion. He anticipates a difficult battle against 212-turned-Open contender Derek Lunsford on stage later this year.

Seth Feroce Talks PEDs In Competition: ‘People Don’t Understand That Steroids Are Literally In Anything’

Seth Feroce Talks PEDs In Competition: ‘People Don’t Understand That Steroids Are Literally In Anything’

Seth Feroce believes that steroids are in all professional sports to gain a competitive edge.
Seth Feroce might be retired from bodybuilding but he remains an active voice around the sport because of his strong opinions. Recently, he has been vocal about the topic of steroids and that continued in a recent truck rant that he shared on social media.
Steroids has become a wide-spread issue in bodybuilding because of recent deaths that have hit the world hard. This has athletes in different areas, whether it be bodybuilding or powerlifting focusing on their health. While Feroce is not an advocate of steroids, he acknowledges that they are elsewhere in competition.
The other sport where steroids have turned up the most is baseball. The early 2000s is considered the steroid era around Major League Baseball. Players were taking substances to gain an advantage over the rest of the league and this is where Feroce believes that it is present all around competition.

Seth Feroce: “Steroids Are Literally In Anything”
Seth Feroce went on his most recent rant about corruption and how it is present at every level. He is specifically discussing steroids but this can be an example in many areas when it comes to sports — whether it is business or financial.
“What I am f***ng astonished by, is the fact that people can’t f***ing believe that professional athletes take steroids or there’s no f***ing corruption. Are you guys f***ing with me? You know there’s corruption at every f***ing level. It’s a fuc**ing multi-billion dollar industry.”
From here, Seth Feroce continued to explain how he sold steroids during his career as a bodybuilder to make extra money. In the sport, only the top level athletes make a serious profit off competitions. For others, it is beneficial to have side jobs.
READ MORE: Bodybuilders Are Dying: An Investigation Into Modern Bodybuilding, Health, & PED Use
For Feroce, he found a way to make money by selling steroids.
“Steroids are in f***ing everything and if you don’t think so, you are a f***ing moron. You know why? Because I used to sell a lot of them.
That’s something other bodybuilders say, ‘I don’t want to sell steroids’. Bitch, I sold a shit load of them. How the f**k do you think I made ends meet as a competitor? You think I can just buy hundreds of pounds of meat? No. You either f***ing sold steroids, or you did gay for pay. I ain’t doing no gay for pay. Been offered many a times. But I rather f***ing sell a shit load of Tren and Anadrol and dick pills, like I did. That’s how the f***ing industry goes!”
Seth Feroce continues to speak on many billion-dollar sports industries and how they are full of corruption. This is how they got to be where they are today. It makes it easier to cover up when there is money involved.
Near the end of his rant, Feroce spoke on steroids and how people do not care if they are used in sports. Once an athlete dies and steroids are involved, people begin thinking twice about the issue.
“Nobody cares in professional sports whether you take steroids or not. Nobody f***ing cares in bodybuilding whether you take steroids or not. Nobody gives a f**k. Even whenever you take steroids and you f***ing die… everybody acts like they give a f**k but nobody gives a fu**. Nobody f***ing cares.
Do what you want to. That’s what I’m getting at with this video. Don’t be f***ing stupid. Stop believing in dumb shit, are you kidding me?”

Seth Feroce Responds to Fans After Suffering Backlash for Recent Bear Hunt

Seth Feroce Responds to Fans After Suffering Backlash for Recent Bear Hunt

Seth Feroce responds to bear hunt backlash.
Outspoken bodybuilder Seth Feroce responds to the backlash he’s received after posting about his recent bear hunt. The veteran bodybuilder and rugged outdoorsman addressed the followers who denounced his recent hunt.
Not everyone is going to agree with people’s methods of food consumption. We’ve all seen different movements pop up over the last several years dictating the best ways and approaches to eating. Some have denounced the consumption of meat as well as hunting. That brings us to Seth Feroce.
It appears that brash and outspoken bodybuilder Seth Feroce has come under fire by his own fans. The controversial bodybuilder. Recently posted a picture of himself on social media after hunting a bear much to the ire of many of his followers. In the picture you can see Feroce holding up the bear’s paw in triumph. This display apparently angered many people and now for Feroce is suffering the backlash.
But Seth Feroce is not one to take things lying down. While he may be dealing with the backlash, Feroce is not backing down. In fact, the bodybuilder doubled down, posting another series of photos highlighting the recent hunt. Feroce would go on to explain that he was hunting the animal, not for sport, but to utilize it for food. As such, Feroce made it a point to call out those in his audience who eat meat upset with this display. The bodybuilder essentially called them hypocritical for criticizing his hunt when they do the very same without the dirty work involved.
Feroce Responds
My first Big Game Animal.Black Bear in Idaho
This was a Bucket List Item for me.Something I dreamed of doing for years.
To Hunt, Kill, Skin, Quarter, Pack Out and EAT!
I have always loved watching nature shows, hunting shows, and recently over the past year hunting shows are all I watched. And I wanted to make Hunting and Harvesting part of my life.
I wanted the feelings of it all.Killing an animal. Skinning it. Cutting the meat off the body. Packing it out on my back. Eating the meat back at camp with my friends. And talking about the experience, the feelings and emotions and how beautiful nature is.Then bring home that meat to feed my family. The meat that I killed, that I cut up, that I harvested, and packed out of the mountains.
So my friend @beyond_the_backcountry brought me out to experience his part of the West! And Make it Happen!
And It did.I killed a LARGE black bear. Skinned it. Quartered it. Packed it out off a mountain and ate it at camp with my friends. And I will be bringing home the meat for my family.
I am Proud of This! And I know that some out there may not like this. And that’s ok.Maybe some just need some education and a little perspective. So here is a small piece.
Black Bears are not endangered, they are heavily hunted in the west. They need to be managed. Controlling the population is important for all the other animals hunted, elk, deer, etc.Black bears and other predators will kill the population of elk, deer, and other animals. In fact male bears will kill bear cubs of the females just so they can mate with them. Wild!Nature is intense.
So Hunters help control this, by hunting them, so that we can hunt and harvest those other animals.
And also, bears are delicious! You can eat them.Bear back strap on the mountain was awesome.I will be making Bear sausage and some Bear burger from the rest of my meat. The Fat will be rendered down to cook with. Bear Tallow! This is the pinnacle of Quality.
I loved everything about this!
This is what we humans have done forever and it will continue to be a big part of my Life.

Clearly Seth Feroce is passionate about hunting and wouldn’t frivolously hunt any animal that crossed his path. While there may be those out there who are opposed to hunting animals for food, if you partake in eating meat yourself then it’s a bit of a moot point. Feroce plans on using all the parts of the bear and not wasting it. That shows that he at least respects the animal enough to utilize it in a proper way.
What do you think of Seth Feroce and his recent bear hunt?

Seth Feroce Discusses Abuse Of Steroids, Compares To Drug Addiction

Seth Feroce Discusses Abuse Of Steroids, Compares To Drug Addiction

Seth Feroce had an in-depth conversation on the use and use of steroids.
Seth Feroce has always been known for his views and speaking his mind about bodybuilding. Recently, it has gone to a new level as he has discussed the issue of steroids within the sport on many occasions. In a recent interview, the former bodybuilder compared the use of steroids to a drug addiction.
Feroce was a professional during the 2000s. He displayed an impressive physique using his size and conditioning on stage. Feroce knows a thing or two about steroids and this is why he has been outspoken against them all together. In  with Greg Doucette, another former professional, Feroce went deep into the feeling of steroids.
“I said that in a video about this possibly starting to potentially look like a little bit of an addiction problem. You love lifting weights. We all love lifting weights. We all chase the pump, or this something that is occurring, your bench is constantly going up,” Feroce explained.

Seth Feroce Highlights Psychological Effects Of Steroids
Seth Feroce explains how a person on steroids becomes addicted to the feeling in the gym. They will continue to see their numbers rise and their physique grow. This is how a person can “fall in love” with the drug.
“The crazy thing is, all of a sudden you fall in love even more so with a feeling a certain drug can give you because all these different steroids do all different things. That’s why I was attracted to them.
I was like, ‘I get to conduct my own science experiment on myself?’ This is the coolest thing in the world because you know, we are nerds to a certain degree.”
Seth Feroce continues to explain that he believes there is a connection mentally between steroids and working out. This is the main argument he makes when comparing it to a drug addiction.
“All that shit starts to come true. So, for people not to think there’s a mental connection that’s almost uncontrollable.”
“I became so attracted to that, like you said, when you go into the gym and all of a sudden, you’re constantly progressing. All the work you were doing as a natural bodybuilder or a gym rat or whatever, all those dreams that you had about getting a much fuller, rounder biceps, and capping your delts off, and having the traps into the capped delts, into the triceps, into the swooping chest.”
Both Seth Feroce and Greg Doucette went deep into the conversation during this interview. There has been a recent string of deaths that has hit the bodybuilding world hard. This has made many athletes question the use of certain PEDs when it comes to bodybuilding. Feroce continues to be one of the advocates against the substances.

Seth Feroce Opens Up About Dangers Of Steroids: ‘They F***ing Will Kill you’

Seth Feroce Opens Up About Dangers Of Steroids: ‘They F***ing Will Kill you’

Seth Feroce recently discussed the dangers of steroid usage in bodybuilding.
The amount of deaths in the world of bodybuilding keeps increasing and many athletes have spoken out about this issue. Seth Feroce became the latest as he went on a “truck rant” that he shared to his YouTube page about the dangers of steroids in bodybuilding.
Feroce burst onto the scene in the early 2000s as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder. He has not competed in close to a decade but remains an influential figure in the sport because of his overall knowledge and passion for fitness. He has been a critic of steroids for years now and recently backed up his notion during an intense rant.

Just a week ago, Cedric McMillan passed away at 44 years old. This is an ongoing problem in the sport as bodybuilding is losing some great competitors and people. Shawn Rhoden and George Peterson passed away last year due to heart issues as well.
““I knew this day would come whenever I had to make this f***ing video. It seems that nobody is saying it and everybody wants to hear somebody say it. And everybody is trying to think of a way to say it without sounding like a complete f***ing prick but about bodybuilding and motherf***s dying. So it seems I’m going to be the motherf***r to say it. Steroids will kill you. You get it. They f***ing will kill you. They will kill you. That’s it.”
The topic of steroids comes up often in bodybuilding and many wonder why athletes continue to take these supplements despite knowing they are dangerous.

According to Seth Feroce, who has been around the sport as a competitor and coach, bodybuilding is addictive and the rush of the action makes competitors feel like they are super human.
“We are addicted to this sport. We love it. It’s an attraction that we cannot control. There is nothing like training back on a 1000 migs of test, 400 migs of tren, and two f***ing Anidrol. You ain’t touching that sh**. You’re a f***ing animal. Yes you are but at some point you have to stop doing that. Do you know why you have to stop doing that? Because it will f***ing kill you and we all know it.”
Seth Feroce continues by explaining that bodybuilding does not need to be saved. Younger athletes want to win so bad that they are willing to do whatever it takes. As competitors get older, priorities can change, especially when families are in the picture. Also, as a bodybuilder gets older, they still have to deal with decisions made at a younger age.
Feroce explains how he is still dealing with some problems despite taking on a healthier lifestyle recently.
“You have children, you start to grow up, you start to realize maybe I should stop doing this sh**. Fortunately for me, it happened when it did when I tore my tricep I thought the world was over. I thought everything was going to come crumbling down. No. It was actually a blessing in disguise because I got my sh** together and now I’m in the best shape of my life.
That doesn’t erase all the shit I’ve done in my life. That doesn’t just erase all the years, the ten, almost twenty years I blasted f***ing gear. I’m like oh yeah I’m fine, I’m not going to have a heart attack. No bit** my days are numbered. They’re numbered! I’m going to f***ing die from this.”
Seth Feroce has been one of the biggest critics of steroids and is not afraid to speak his mind regarding the issue. At this point, he does not believe there is any saving bodybuilding. The risks are out there and competitors continue to use the products. Feroce is simply making sure that bodybuilders understand what they are putting their bodies through.
