Milos Sarcev Lauds UFC President Dana White for Ripped Physique at 54: ‘No Excuses’

Milos Sarcev Lauds UFC President Dana White for Ripped Physique at 54: ‘No Excuses’

UFC President Dana White is widely credited for pioneering the business aspect of mixed martial arts. He revolutionized the financial model and turned it into the most elite MMA promotion in the world. In a recent post made on Instagram, Milos Sarcev heaped praises on White for maintaining a ripped physique despite his packed schedule.
Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, Dana White grew up with a passion for boxing in his teenage years. He got into the fight business early as a fitness boxing instructor. While working at the gym, White received a threatening message from mobster Whitey Bulger and his associate Kevin Weeks to cough up $3,500. The blackmail forced White to leave Boston and permanently move to Las Vegas.
White worked as a manager before teaming up with childhood friend Lorenzo Fertitta and his older brother, Frank, to acquire the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) for $2 million. The company was bleeding cash at the time of the purchase. Still, White managed to turn things around in a more positive direction and eventually sold the organization for $4 billion in 2016.
White is known for putting on the biggest fights possible in MMA. He played a major role in hosting the mega-crossover clash between boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. and former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor. He even entertained the idea of organizing a bout between Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise and singer Justin Bieber.
The 54-year-old made waves online for his jacked physique. He gave fans a look into his crazy home gym and fridge along with his regular full day of eating on the keto diet. Then, he got more motivated to become healthier after being told he might die in a decade. He shed over 30 pounds and pulled off an incredible body transformation to get ripped.

With a plethora of elite contenders under his wing, renowned bodybuilding coach Milos Sarcev has a sharp eye for talent and a respected voice in the community. He praised budding Classic Physique athlete Stephane Matala for his immense potential and backed him to be a considerable threat to reigning four-time champion Chris Bumstead.
Sarcev is convinced 2022 Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan could retain his title if he manages to overcome the danger presented by former 212 Olympia winner and last year’s Open runner-up Derek Lunsford again. He followed up by highlighting the issue of fewer athletes participating in shows.
Milos Sarcev Lauds UFC President Dana White for Ripped Physique at 54
In a recent Instagram post, Milos Sarcev praised Dana White for his shredded physique at the age of 54 despite having an insanely tight schedule managing the UFC and other businesses.
“@danawhite. 54,” wrote Sarcev. “Busy as shit!!! Healthy as they come. Lean, Muscular, Striated delts, Split biceps, Full chest, Flat stomach, Deep abs. No excuses, No compromises.”

Dana White teased a potential cage fight between Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. He made it clear the talks were serious and we could see a clash of the two of the richest men in the world in the near future.
Milos Sarcev is working hard to lead 2023 Arnold Classic winner Samson Dauda to his maiden Sandow trophy at the 2023 Mr. Olympia. He expects his client to face fierce competition from Choopan and Lunsford on stage and believes conditioning would be the key to getting the win.
According to Sarcev, Andrew Jacked would likely defeat Hunter Labrada to earn his entry for the next edition of Mr. Olympia at the 2023 Texas Pro. He admitted Labrada boasts an insane package but favored the overall aesthetics of Jacked.
White’s shredded physique will inspire even the younger fitness fans and it’s great to see Sarcev praise the UFC head honcho for his dedication.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Gifts a New House to UFC Fighter After Relating to His Story

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Gifts a New House to UFC Fighter After Relating to His Story

In a world where fame and fortune are often the criteria to measure growth and success, there are people who use their status to help bring a positive image to society. Fitness enthusiast and Hollywood star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson recently exhibited the same by gifting a new house to UFC fighter Thema Gorimbo and his family. The gesture goes far beyond the glitz and glamor of celebrities, with Johnson proving to be a beacon of hope for Gorimbo who used to sleep on a couch in his gym.
The story behind Gorimbo’s philanthropy
Gorimbo’s village faced a water shortage, leaving him torn between helping his community and limited finances. He chose to auction his training kit, using the funds to enhance his village’s access to vital resources. Sharing his heartfelt story, Gorimbo revealed that before his triumphant victory against Takashi Sato at UFC Vegas 73, he had only seven dollars left in his bank account. Remarkably, instead of splurging on himself, he chose to use his substantial paycheck to build a borehole in his village, where access to water was a pressing challenge for his community.

This is f’n crazy to see and brings back many emotions and memories. $7.49 in this fighter’s bank account. I once had $7 bucks too. I’ve been there on that grind. Got your back, brother. I’ll help. You got this. I’ll be in touch @TheAnswerMMA #hardestworkersintheroom https://t.co/C2gn1j7OQF
— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) June 10, 2023

Moved by his story, ‘The Rock’ contacted Thema via Twitter and ensured that the UFC fighter can rely on him for help. Later, a surprise meeting between Johnson and Gorimbo was arranged by Johnson’s team in Miami.
“When I found out you had $7 in your bank account, I know what that’s like. I was here in Miami when I had $7…Because you could have taken that money and put it down on a car, on an apartment, but you didn’t. You took care of your people, and that just says exactly who you are…I got your back,” Dwayne Johnson said to Thema during their first meeting ever.

The duo took a drive later to a property based in Miami, where Johnson handed over the keys to Thema and provided him a break from sleeping on his gym couch.
“I wanted to look you in the eye and I wanted to tell you welcome home,” Johnson said as he gifted Gorimbo a new place to stay with his family.
The tale of Johnson and Gorimbo highlights the significance of using one’s privilege to make a positive impact on others’ lives. They inspire a shift toward a more empathetic and caring society.  Adding to this, Thema shared his plans to use his upcoming fight earnings to contribute towards the construction of another well in his village.

“Because you got me this house, I was supposed to get a house to come here,” Gorimbo explained. “The money that I was going to use for the house, I’m going to build another borehole in my village now when I land in Africa.”
As Gorimbo continues his fight to become a UFC champion one day, his story stands as a testament to triumph over adversity.

Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg ‘Dead Serious’ About Fighting in UFC: Dana White

Celebrity boxing matches have gained a ton of popularity with the rise of social media influencers and former athletes testing out their abilities inside the ring in the last few years. In a recent interview with TMZ, UFC president Dana White confirmed Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk are serious about competing against each other in a cage fight.
Celebrity boxing matches have gained a ton of popularity with the rise of social media influencers and former athletes testing out their abilities inside the ring in the last few years. A new kind of showdown appears to brewing between two of the richest men on the planet. In a recent exchange on Twitter, Mark Zuckerberg accepted Elon Musk’s challenge to a cage fight and UFC president Dana White got involved too.
Business mogul Elon Musk is the richest man on the planet and maintains a packed schedule managing his businesses. He first rose to prominence for creating Zip2, an online city guide software firm that was acquired for $307 million in 1999. He helped shape the financial technology company PayPal through X.com.
Musk embarked on his passion project of making a spaceflight services company called SpaceX in 2002. Having invested early in electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, he became the CEO in 2008 and also co-founded the artificial intelligence research company, OpenAI.
In Aug. 2022, Musk admitted he was not in the best shape he could be. Although he doesn’t enjoy working out, he understands its importance and indicated plans to fit time for the gym into his busy routine. Then, Musk followed up with a positive health update revealing he dropped 20 pounds after incorporating fasting into his lifestyle.

Mark Zuckerberg found success after he co-founded the social media giant Facebook in 2004. The platform quickly gained momentum and skyrocketed in popularity to become the largest online networking service in the world with over 2.94 billion monthly active users. He regularly features on the lists of the wealthiest persons in the world with a net worth exceeding $85 billion.
Zuckerberg opened up on his newfound passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu last August. He expanded his presence in mixed martial arts by partnering with UFC champions like Alex Volkanovski for the launch of his virtual reality line. He was also in attendance cage side with his wife for UFC Vegas 61 to support Mackenzie Dern.
Last month, Zuckerberg put his grappling abilities to the test and scored gold and silver medals in his first BJJ tournament contest.
Dana White says Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg are serious about fighting in UFC
In a recent interview, Dana White confirmed Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are serious about fighting each other inside the UFC octagon.
White shared updates after talking to both Mark and Elon about the possibility of a potential bout. He’s confident the super fight would handily overtake the crossover match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor as the biggest event in combat sports history.
Zuck proved his fighting skills with medals in a BJJ contest weeks ago. According to White, Musk informed him he had been in “plenty of fights growing up in South Africa.” The UFC head honcho expects the pay-per-view to cost $100, a $20 bump up from the regular $80 for UFC events. All proceeds from the match would go to charity.
“Talked with Mark and Elon last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White told TMZ. “The biggest fight of all time was Floyd and Conor, I just think it triples that — it triples what that did, there’s no limit on what that thing can make.”
Musk floated the idea of fighting Zuckerberg
On Jun. 21, Elon Musk expressed his willingness to compete against Zuck in a cage match. Zuck came across the tweet and issued a fiery response back, invoking the spirit of legendary UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov.
“I’m up for a cage match if he is lol,” wrote Elon.
“Send Me Location,” Zuck replied.

This is Zuck’s story on insta right now.

Musk agreed to the possibility and laid out his training experience. He followed up by revealing his secret move.
“If this is for real, I will do it,” wrote Musk. “I almost never work out, except for picking up my kids & throwing them in the air.”
“Vegas Octagon,” he added. “I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus’, where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing.”
Musk concluded, “The most entertaining outcome is the most likely.”

If this is for real, I will do it ??
— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) June 22, 2023

Nurmagomedov, former UFC lightweight champion, weighed in with a brief message following the exchange between Zuck and Musk.
“Dagestan,” wrote Nurmagomedov.

Zuckerberg crushed the brutal Murph workout challenge on Memorial Day earlier this month. He performed 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats, and ran 2 miles in under 40 mins all while wearing a 20-pound vest.
As unexpected as it may seem, Dana White’s comments solidify that a clash between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg is brewing and there’s a good chance it might be on the horizon.

UFC Icon Conor McGregor Accused of Rape at NBA Finals, Denies Allegations

UFC Icon Conor McGregor Accused of Rape at NBA Finals, Denies Allegations

UFC superstar Conor McGregor is easily the most recognizable name in the sport of mixed martial arts. Besides his immense popularity, the Irish fighter has amassed a fortune from competing inside the octagon. According to TMZ Sports, McGregor got accused of rape while in attendance for Game 4 of the NBA finals this past Friday.
Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor is one of the first true superstars out of MMA to break into the mainstream. He kicked off his professional career on the regional circuit in Ireland and quickly found success with his insane athletic abilities and charismatic personality under the Cage Warriors banner, where he won the featherweight and lightweight championships.
McGregor joined the UFC, the most elite MMA promotion in the world, as only the second Irish fighter in 2013. He impressed in his debut by scoring a first-round knockout of Marcus Brimage. After racking up more wins, McGregor got the opportunity to face legendary fighter Jose Aldo for the featherweight title in Dec. 2015. He made history by setting the record for the fastest knockout in a UFC title fight at 13 seconds to win the 145-pound gold.
‘The Notorious’ took on Eddie Alvarez for a shot at the lightweight championship whilst holding the featherweight belt in Nov. 2016. McGregor put on a masterclass and handily dispatched Alvarez with a stellar combination to become UFC’s first-ever ‘champ-champ,’ holding belts in two different weight classes simultaneously.

Following his win over Alvarez, Conor McGregor’s career took a different direction as he focused on other things beyond MMA, including a crossover boxing match with legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. In Feb. 2019, a single mother from the UK alleged McGregor was the father of her daughter and requested him to take a DNA test. He refuted the claims and the matter fizzled out.
McGregor found himself in trouble again a month later when he got accused of sexual assault in Ireland. His team vehemently denied the allegations but his bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov did not miss the chance to hurl insults at him. He faced similar accusations again months later and another time when he made his comeback against Dustin Poirier during the fight week of UFC 257 in Jan. 2021. In the end, he walked away freely without any legal repercussions.
UFC icon Conor McGregor accused of rape at NBA Finals
TMZ Sports reported Conor McGregor got accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Jun. 9.
The alleged incident took place following Denver Nuggets’ win over Miami Heat at the Kaseya Center in Florida. McGregor was in attendance at the event and even performed a skit with the Heat mascot to entertain the fans.
As per letters written by attorney Ariel Mitchell, the woman claimed McGregor sexually assaulted her inside a men’s bathroom after NBA and Heat security helped take the woman away from her friends and forced her into the bathroom.
In the letters, Mitchell says “security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom.” McGregor allegedly “shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her” before trying to sodomize her. The woman managed to escape after elbowing McGregor multiple times and reported the incident to local authorities on Sunday.
The woman seeks settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor in lieu of litigation. McGregor’s representatives denied the allegations.
“Allegations are false,” said McGregor’s reps in a statement. “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”
“UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements,” addressed the UFC.
Conor McGregor has been on the sidelines in recovery for a horrific leg break injury he picked up in his last bout. He appears to have recovered well and packed on the pounds while away from competition. In Dec. 2021, he showed off his massive build in a physique update claiming he weighed 190 pounds.
McGregor ignited a rivalry with internet sensation Liver King after getting challenged to a liver-eating contest last October. Given the change in his physique, he compared himself to a combination of legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee. There has been speculation about whether he used steroids or Photoshop based on a workout update he gave last November.
McGregor is scheduled to take on Michael Chandler in his return to action following their tenure as coaches on the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter. Although the bout was targeted for later this year, it’s unclear if it would proceed as planned or if he would delay his return to next year.

MMA Fighter Joel Bauman Admits To Having Herpes Following Recent Victory

MMA Fighter Joel Bauman Admits To Having Herpes Following Recent Victory

Joel Bauman shared a recent health condition after his most recent victory.
Post-fight interviews have a history of being unpredictable and entertaining. This is a time where fighters will spew at the mouth after the excitement of a victory kicks in. Recently Joel Bauman made a shocking revelation as to why he might have been off his game in his previous loss.
Bauman took down Reese Forest during Fury FC 61 on Sunday at Bert Ogden Arena in Texas. He picked up a victory via TKO before admitting that he was dealing with herpes during his previous loss. Bauman lost via submission to Josh Fremd in February and was dealing with other issues.

Joel Bauman admits to working hard on an NFT project that caused him to pull 30 all-nighters along with two outbreaks of herpes.
“Last fight I was tired, I was exhausted. I’m about to launch this NFT that’s going to change the fight game. And I put in 30 all-nighters before that fight, I had herpes before that fight, two outbreaks in the span of a week. I’m here, I’m healthy, let’s go, whatever. It doesn’t matter,” Bauman explained.

NO WAY did he just say that.#FuryFC61 pic.twitter.com/lAk5G3AEBb

Joel Bauman Career
The loss to Fremd was the second of Bauman’s career. He began fighting professionally in 2018. This came after a 5-0 record in amateur bouts. After a victory against Manatua Lemaire in 2018, Bauman took a step up in competition.

Joel Bauman began his professional career with a victory over Corey Davis by decision. He won his first three professional fights before suffering his first loss in 2019 to Jordan Young. To this point, Bauman is 5-2 with one draw. He was able to bounce back in a big way after submitting to a rear-naked choke by Fremd back in January.
Bauman defeated Forest via TKO and seems to be back on track. He blamed his previous loss on his medical condition of herpes and a project he was working on. Bauman was able to backup his words in the ring and will have to do it again next time out.
It is unknown when Joel Bauman will get back in the ring but he will be coming off a victory and will have a chance to start a new streak.

UFC 269: Charles Oliveira vs Dustin Poirier Results

UFC 269: Charles Oliveira vs Dustin Poirier Results

These are the UFC 269: Charles Oliveira vs Dustin Poirier results.
UFC 269 featured two high stakes winner take all battles between lightweight champion Charles Oliveira and Dustin Poirier as well as a women’s bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes and Julianna Peña. Who won at UFC 269?
Since defeating Conor McGregor twice within the calendar year, Dustin Poirier has seen his market value skyrocket. Many who didn’t know his name before have a much better idea of who this fighter is now. He’s an every man in a sense, a man who has been grinding to reach the top. Now he has opportunity to cement his legacy by becoming the undisputed lightweight champion. But standing in his way is another man with quite a similar story.

Charles Oliveira was at one point considered a good fighter who would never reach the top of the mountain. He was certainly skilled as his record breaking submission wins would indicate. That said Oliveira had lost some pretty important fights earlier in his career. But the last few years have seen the young fighter with tons of potential mature into a wrecking machine of a talent.

En route to winning the UFC lightweight championship, Charles Oliveira dispatched the likes of Kevin Lee, Tony Ferguson, and Michael Chandler. Now he is faced with defending his title against a game and hungry Dustin Poirier who hopes to cap off his Cinderella story with a lightweight belt.
Anyone could win this match up. Both Charles Oliveira and Dustin Poirier have all the tools to take the other out. It will be about who has the better game plan. It will be about who wants it more.
Results
Charles Oliveira vs Dustin Poirier for the UFC Lightweight Championship
TBA

Amanda Nunes vs Julianna Peña for the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship
Julianna Peña defeats Amanda Nunes by submission (rear naked choke).

Conor McGregor Looks Shredded At 190 Pounds In Recent Photo

Conor McGregor Looks Shredded At 190 Pounds In Recent Photo

Conor McGregor has put on size while recovering from an injury.
When you think of UFC, the first name that comes to mind is Conor McGregor. The Notorious became the first fighter to hold championships in two different divisions at once. This came after a victory over Eddie Alvarez back in September of 2016. Five years later, some have forgotten the accomplishments and wrote off McGregor.
In July, McGregor suffered a broken leg in the trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier. Since then, the former champion has been hitting the gym hard and has put on some serious muscle. McGregor is active on social media showing different workouts and physique updates. In a recent one, he is looking shredded at 190 pounds.

This is the heaviest that Conor McGregor has been in the offseason. He is used to cutting down to 145 pounds. In 2016, he made a jump from 155 pounds to 170. This is significantly lighter than his current weight. McGregor has been performing some big muscle-building exercises and following a FAST program. This is a training regimen developed by exercise physiologist Dr. Julian Dalby.
FAST is a program that is broken down in different ways. The three major categories are endurance, functional speed, and power and speed. Along with this training program, McGregor has continued to put on plenty of muscle.

This is in an attempt to make a return to the ring. The 33-year-old fighter has not announced a return but his recent training makes it seem like he is going to make a return to avenge his last loss. Fans of the UFC have written off McGregor a bit after his most recent loss and injury. Why? There are some reasons that have been floating around but overall drive could be one of them.
Conor McGregor is not just a UFC fighter. He is an international superstar and an incredibly successful businessman. He recently sold his shared of Proper Twelve Whiskey in a deal that could be worth up to $600 million. McGregor will continue to be the spokesman and face of the company. He also recently opened The Black Forge Inn in Dublin. Income is certainly not an issue for McGregor and this could be a reason fans believe he lost his edge.
When looking at his overall work in the gym recently, this does not seem factual. McGregor has been hard at work to build a physique and overall endurance level that is back to where he was prior to the injury.
With that being said, McGregor continues to be one of the biggest names in UFC and seems as determined as ever. When he makes is return to the ring, there will be a new chip on his shoulder to prove his doubters wrong. For all of those critics who believe he lost a step, there will be plenty to watch soon enough.
