Thought I would share my progress

yeah i trained legs twice a week pre comps, but i split them up into ham and calfs, and quad and calfs. I think it really helped splitting them up into two days!

I do the exact same thing, my reason is different. My back can't handle hams and quads on the same day.
 
Doing great man. My buddy that used to be on here (formerNPC) just won an overall bodybuilding in Tennessee and is 49 years old

He did a Jersey show just a couple days ago for 30s ad 40s and got 5th and 6th I guess. I am super proud of him, huge inspiration in my life, and really great guy
