Did you feel like you nailed the timing and was tight and ready at that point on the stage, or did you feel like you could have pumped up more or maybe was losing pump at that point, you look fabulous, im just asking, as for all i know you may have thought you were flat and that was without a pump or losing pump, so just asking my man!


Looking forward to seeing the overall comparisons, as im sure those class winners have their shit together like you!

But I had to start pulling water a day early because I was overweight which makes the timing waay more difficult when trying to load back up. I just went to lunch and had a big ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes and steamed spinach. When I walked back into the hotel everyone was like damn whatever you just ate did you right because you are fuller and look way bigger.

I didn't pump up a whole lot in the back just did some poses to pump because I'm so dry. I could have pumped up more and I probably will for the night show.

Thanks brother!! I felt really bad for the guy they gave first in my class in the open. I mean the crowd was booing very loudly and I was like that really isn't right. When we walked off stage he told me man I feel like crap you just got robbed. I told him I didn't get anything you just won the class now get his head right because he's got to posedown for the overall. The young kid you posted from warrior games that works out at my gym ended up winning the open. I wanted to take it all but that guy put in a lot of work too and I hope the crowd was doing that more for the judges. We were the same height but he was very very skinny. Now he was shredded for sure. I did exactly what I wanted to which was finish this season strong so I'm a happy camper. They were all trying to get me to go to Miami for the national show in 4 weeks but I'm done it's time to deer hunt lol.

Me and 3J going to do some work in the offseason and get better for next year.

lmao, well bro, i have been on the other end of that lmao, and yes the night show when the crowd was there Booed the piss out of me, mostly it was the family of the guy next to me who took 2nd place lol, they called out 2nd place and his crew in the audience went nuts lmao, and i just stood up there laughing egging them on a bit by shaking my quads from side to side lol, then would bend over and look at his lmao,

in all honesty, it is a shitty fucking feelings getting booed when they call out the winner of last two guys remaining, i was like wtf, then realized it was his crew and familia , as he was the only black guy in heavy with me and the boo birds were black, i guess you call them black birds lol,

In any case, people dont realize the scoring is generally done in the day show at prejudging and i smoked this guy in 2nd , he just had great geneticaly gifted chest, and he stayed tighter at night show then i was able to, so he probably did look slightly better at night when the crowd came, lol, but i looked way better when it counted during the daytime prejudging

Super proud of you man! you dont just look good for a master class my man, you look good and better then 99.9 percent of the 20 and 30 year olds out there, so KUDO, Congrats, and Enjoy the Victory!

Yes I'm a hair taller than you they measured me just a hair under 6'4" for this show. Sometimes they measure me a hair over 6'4" so I'm right on the line at it.
