Good morning MC. Did some back this morning felt very strong this morning. Did deadlifts first time since I pinched that nerve in my back. The weight never got to heavy but i felt like I could throw it through the roof.

Thanks bro. I'm pretty good at jumping right back into it and hurting my self again. I'm planning on adding a set of deadlifts each week until I reach 10 sets at 225 for 10 reps then change back to pyramid style of training.

I'm just wondering how many x a week I can do legs last week I did them Monday and Friday so that's every 4 days I want to grow them but have knee issues so I'm not squating leg ext & curls till end of Jan

The only reason I donne that was cause I was on vacation. I think twice a week is good and I only do the twice a week for 3-4 weeks at a time my knees have seen better days to brother.

I don't really work in Dec Jan Feb so i eat sleep and lift gym 2x a day this is my grow window I put on over 10 # in Dec hope for the same in Jan & Feb my strength is going up nice just need to grow legs more that will be a big help in puting on the pounds
 
About a year and a half ago I felt like I was stuck I doubled my reps on legs and went as high as 50 reps per set still staying as heavy as possible. And it worked I did loose some strength when I went back to traditional training but size shape and vascularity in my legs had improved dramatically

I'm going to try that for the rest of the Jan and see how it goes I just want to squat because my daughter is there doing it and she busts my balls endless with that old man shit about not squating

These are some great inspirations!
I am finally back to growing after a series of medical issues and prostate cancer issues.
All is finally better so I can get back to training seriously again.
I hope everyone has a great new year- and growth is the key.
