No BBQ tonight... Just a quick meal on a busy day.
Sauteed turkey sausage with broccoli and pasta.... 15 mins and one pot.

Made some simple curried chick peas over steamed rice.
Saute some onions with some olive oil, toss in chopped garlic, one chopped jalapeno, can of crushed tomatoes, add curry powder, salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 mins. Add canned chick peas, cover and cook on medium low for 20 mins.
Serve over boiled rice, topped with Cilantro.

I've made it without the curry powder too, instead I used a garlic chicken seasoning... Tasted great

You're good. I hate dishes too but I always poke through the plates so I have to use actual plate [emoji854]A few nights ago.
Some roast beast.. And veggies.
It was late . used the paper plates. Didn't want to do dishes.

Uggh I made the mistake of opening this thread again. I've been staying away because I've been in the hospital for almost 3 weeks and I can't eat real food for at least another month. I'm miserable!
That said, everything looks great and once I get back on track I'll be right here picking up some great ideas.
