Of course, I don't see my abs in the offseason at 250+. *shrugs*

I have training and dieting a long time. If I had to weigh everything, 12 months out of the year, I would have given up long ago. I get big, fat and strong in the offseason and then I slowly wittle it down for precontest. I don't necessarily recommend this approach, either. I am just being honest in what I did last year. Oh, and it worked very well, I might add. :)
I am coming in about 12 pounds heavier this year than last.

hey skip, what does the protien, cals, fat, carbs equal in that diet?

Without going back into my logs, I believe it was around 4500-4800 calories. I have been higher but my body (and my pooper) couldn't handle that large of a load of food.

I am going off of the carbs being about 550g and the protein being 450grams. Fat is always pretty minimal in the offseason as I don't add any fat - only what is in the foods already. Assuming I got 90 grams of fat, that would put the total cals around 4800, give or take an extra peanut butter/bagel sandwhich at 4am. :D

Oh, God, was I a fat phuk.

I have pics.....at 232, after not training for 2 whole months and going from 261 to 232. However, you can bet your ass it would take more convincing than you have time. ;)

Actually, maybe after my shows in the next couple months I could post the before and afters for contrast. You think you have seen some unbelievable 'body for life' pics? Shit. I got em all. I guarantee it.

Call me stupid but I eat just about anything that comes into my sight while. Isn't that the whole fun of it? I just love eating all day long and everything you want while the only thing you do is grow muscle anyway.

Skip, how does that blender mix taste like?

Very good, actually. I love it.

I sometimes use vanilla protein powder with applesauce, oatmeal and strawberry preserves too. Also, oatmeal, applesauce, vanilla flavored protein, cinnamon and some brown sugar. Very good tasting stuff.

Skip,

So 1 cup of chunky apple sauce makes the shake wet enough, or are you adding water/milk?

Looks good, I want to try it. Just don't think it'd be wet enough to mix.

You will still need some water, for sure.
