Ok its a higher carb day so what can we have that is still healthy and yet tastes awesome...try this!

1/3 cup quick oats
3/4 water
pinch salt

add to glass bowl and nuke for 2 min!

remove from micro add in 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 packet sweetener or stevia...stir together mixture thoroughly...
top with 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon!!
