Saks - These pics turned out ok for a cheap throw away camera. You have a good frame and a solid foundation, your shoulders are big and wide and I think that you would be very surprised at how good you would look once you got on a diet plan that started to bring down your BF level and better show your symetry.
But the heavy deads might suffer just a bit with the diet restrictions.
Dammit, I figured the lighting wouldn't do you any justice.......guys, Saks is a shitload bigger and more defined than these pictures would indicate

Bro, I think you look great. I'm always disappointed in my pics, too. Your shoulders are great, nice quad sweep. A little bit of cutting and you'd look even bigger, but definitely some good progress since your last pics! I think you'd get a lot of bang for the buck by getting your lats wider - wide grip pullups?
Saks, You don't look bad at all bro. Guys he is a big dude. Met him in person with Bigshug They are both big dudes. Made me feel like I was an Oompa Loompa. They are great guys as well.
Ahh thanks guys. Al I do weighted pullups a little more than shoulder width apart. You think I should go further apart? Back day is tomorrow, so I will incorperate them in the A.M. Thanks guys!
Saks - It is not so much the width of your grip as it is getting a full stretch and contraction. In fact too wide a grip can just be hard on your shoulder and elbow joints. Have you ever tried palms facing narrow grip pull downs? Or one armed cable pull downs? A third thing to try is what I'll call straight arm pull downs, a similar motion to doing laying pull overs with a dumbell but you do them standing in front of the pull down bar.
If you are not familiar with these let me know. I get a good feel using the second two.
Mad are you talking about the one arm things you were doing today? If so I have never tried those. They look interesting. I do close grip pull downs as well as nuteral grip pull downs. I guess it just depends on how I want to shock my back. Also on how "dead" I am from deads.
