Its been 5 weeks into my Test Cyp 400mg/week cycle and I have only gained 5 pounds.The 5 pounds I have gained are all muscle (by body measurements)and I eat all the time because Im so hungery all the time but I thought I would gain 20 or so lbs on this 10 week deal.I get 240-300 grams of protein a day and my weight Is 170.Should I be eating more? I even lost 2 pounds last week. Maybe Its only water because I started taking Aromidex 0.5 mg eod just in case. Any help would be great..............Thanks

up your protein to 300-350 but try to stay at 350. Eat anything and everything. No fried stuff. BUt some will disagree with me on that. I agree the test is going to hit at week 4-5. SO you are alright. IF you can, extend the cycle to 12 weeks. You will be happer with that. I am in week 6 or 7 I forget anyway, I haven't put on much either. IT will kick in. You may want to keep bumping your calories up until you notice more weight gain. By the way what cycle is this for you and how old are ya bro. Remember putting on muscle is harder than taking off fat so eat like an animal.
 
Well I am not totally going to disagree with you on this rad but I would say you need to figure out what type of body you have..I dont add weight at the snap of the finger...so I have to eat oil and deep fried stuff and it does not make me fat...

now if you are a easy gainer then stay away from the stuff..
 
I just don't like the fried fat for the heart reasons bro. Oil is good though espesially flax. I go through so much it might be easier to by a press and make my own
 
just a word of advice, make sure you get your stuff for post cycle. I see your a newbi, i really dont know your back ground just wanted to remind you.

Just keep eating, try to get a meal every 2 hours
 
I disagree on the 2hrs. FBC your body doesnt ahve time to absorb that much or even produce certain enzymes to help break the food down...2.5-3 is better lol yeah a whole .5 hr makes a difference!

Amazing what I really know....I am actually really intelligent, you would never know it looking at me though...hell I even grad 2nd in my high school class and got a full academic ride to college eww eww special me....lol

I am just a new guy and havent eaven done a single cycle but I do know a thing or two abot trying to gain weight...I stayed stuck at the same weight till I was 31!......But now I can bring it up or down 5lbs or so a week And gaining 5lbs a week naturally isnt any good!...lol Ok, ok ... I try to eat (and I mean try!) every 3 1/2 hours...I have tried this new diet and man it was hard...I had to tweak it.... I tried grillin chicken and that wasnt good, it was hard because I am away from home sometimes 3 days and have to pack all that stuff and cook it when I do get home!...Can be tiring in itself...So insted of grilled ..I buy a big ole try of fried chicken from wallmart and just take the skin off and alll the good crunchy stuff (sometimes..lol) Spinach is the shit too bro, but I but those small cans and eat it all.... The key will be===Work on a diet you like!...I missed so many meals before because I hated the stuff! *$^^4!! POTATOES! now its easy...You will fail in time trying to eat only this and that...You nned to look forward to your meals man..Wwhen you figure it out, when you eat you will feel a weired surge inside...adrenaline it could be...You grow like a weed, just need to find the stuff ya like....As for the AS..Bro everyone agrees that your stuff would be just kickin in....Update us in a couple of weeks, I bet it will be different...Good luck!
