YEAH I DONT THINK UR OFF SCHEDULE AT ALL BRO, 6 WEEKS SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM AT ALL, WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR CARDIO AND DIET IF U DONT MIND MY ASKING

carbs are about 80gr a day w/ a carb up every 3-4 days of 300gr
protein right at 300gr about 250 on carb up days
fats at about 35-40gr ed
cardio, using crosstrainer, biking or brisk walk, 6 days a week for 40 min

thanks for the positive feedback we all know how dieting screws w/ your head

I think you are right one track. For me I am also 6 weeks out. I cut back my carb intake for this show and increased fats. So far this has worked well. I am dropping test at 4 weeks out, and picking up tren, halp, and masteron. And yes, dieting does fuck with your head.
I am at 196-5% with 6 weeks left.
I am aiming for for 186-2%- this was my last weigh in for my contest 9 weeks ago.
Good luck, you are looking great..

i've competed 8 times. the last time being 4 years ago. that was before AS. this will be the 1st w/ AS

you're lookin good for sure. keep peeling the fat off and drop that water and you're golden.

2% is impossible, maybe the test was done wrong, but i have read articles stating that it is absolutly impossible to step on stage at 2% body fat, at 2% you would be dead, how was ur bodyfat measured bro? and i am not trying to piss ya off bro, its just that i have read that it is impossible physicaly, but then again the article could have been wrong, lol, who knows, but i would love to see the pics bro, the best i haveever done was 4-5% on stage and i was fucking shredded to the point my skin looked scaley from being so thin

You are correct- that was a goal for me a measuring stick of sorts(its in my head). I know that 2% creates some big big problems. I know that they took my BF a week after the show and it 3.3%. ( caliper method). I am sitting at 5% right now with 6 weeks left.. I am not worried as I don't have to go far just tighten up the abs (endos have a big problem with these). I will for the record say that iI knew a guy last year that did a show and he was measured at 2.5% . He unfortunately did not finish the show because he started cramping up really bad. He turned out to be ok, but Press you know as well as I do we push ourselves to the limit when it comes to dieting.
Hope I was a little more clear in my explanation.

I know.. but all the ab measurement is what is keeping me from being a tad leaner. My problem is that I have a BIG chest cavity(but hey I can do the vacuum pose spot on, LOL) and its hard to get the lower abs where you need to ge them. I have to end up leaning back a bit when standing in position. Its all about allusion and hiding your flaws. That other guy- he overdid it on the lasix from what I found out....

lasix....i figured as much, lol, hey you have any show/stage photos man, i would love to see them, I will post mine if u post urs,lol
