Long-term goals

Since I haven't screwed anything up I'd like some opinions on long-term goals. Say Lifting / Gaining quality over the next 10 years (say about 50lbs. of really hard muscle). I need to protect receptors, stay healthy, these types of things. I keep seeing these ENORMOUS stacks to gain a few pounds of muscle and don't want to have get like that. I know everyones different but whats a good on / off schedule and dosing for test and maybe little something else cycles? I'd like just lifting 4 days a week, staying very fit and active, and continuously growing. Can't handle blowing up huge then shrinking to shit all the while killing myself.

A true vet who has been solid to their goals for at least 5 years should have a quality answer.

if you don't like blowing up then shrinking then IMO low to moderate dosed cycles that run 16+ weeks works better for me. stick w/ the "safer" compounds like deca, EQ,primo, test E or Cyp and keep blood levels even. stay away from stuff like dbol, anadrol or any oral for that matter....

Was thinking the same but also heard short cycles are more favorable on receptors. Controlled with short esters that is.

donky I agree with you except for the all orals. I think winny is a good oral that will not give you enough gains so that when your off it you will not notice any lost of mass.

OK, if your not a seasoned vet i would suggest you stay away from shics. There no to be taken lightly.

It all boils down to your diet/rest/training but i would say slwoly up your carbs while your gaining and focus more on protein for more slow gains.

You shouldnt have to worry bout orals o much in the sense that you'll loose everything when u come off as long as you do a PROPER PCT.

As for training leave the iso crap out and stick to compound lifts and power movements.

get as big as i can and still enjoy the life.

win provincials next year, and be in nationals the year after that.

I suggested avoiding orals in order to put as little stress as possible on your body due to the length of cycle, not cuz you'll lose the gains...
