So i noticed so many anti-social people at the gym listening to music on thier mp3 and such so im curious of whats everyones best motivational songs?

I have heard of a couple and even done it myself doing cardio but never free weights,
Heres a couple i get down to while doing cardio:

The prodigy-invaders must die
Skillet-Monster (with growl)
Dirtyphonics-vandals

what are your favorites?

Any song that was in a Rocky movie pumps me up. I heard a song from Rocky IV coming from the spin room the other day and I kicked it up a notch.

any lamb of god, killswitch engage or all that remains will make me lift more weight, parkway drive is pretty good for that too as well as some others

Man it depends, so many different types of songs will get me motivated and for different reasons. For example, that Nelly song Number 1, it gets me motivated because as it plays and says "what does it take to be number 1?" I think that I need to pick it up to be the best I can and then the T.I. song Motivation gets me going to. Then like Ox said, Rocky songs are good for me. Hearts on Fire, Eye of the Tiger, No Easy Way Out, Burning Heart, Man Against the World all from Rocky 4 do the trick. Then of course hard rock always does the trick. I love Slipknot, Cradle of Filth, The 69 Eyes, Ill Nino, and many others

It's hard to play your favorite track in gym in seniors presence so I always took my iPod with me to play my favorite tracks.
I am a big fan of Celine Dion and have most of her songs in my iPod.

Home workout routine:

Before you start home workout warm up your body and get ready for exercise,
Push ups are one of the first exercises everyone can easily perform,
this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles,
Dips are alternative to developing chest and triceps muscles.....
