well , i am starting a new cycle for 10 weeks , never tired IGF-1 before , the cycle i am starting is

Test C 500mg/week >> 10 weeks
Proviron 20 mg/ED >> 10 weeks
Deca 400 mg/week >> 10 weeks
Anadrol 100mg/ED >> 4 weeks

any ideas when i should start the IGF as most of people runs it with pct, or will it give better results if i will run it with the cycle at 60 - 80 mcg daily ??

1st day on the cycle , i up the test to 600 , first time i run IGF-1 , and daaaaamn , i am still in shock till now , dunno if anyone felt this 1st time you tried it , but i feel like i am transforming already , massive power and pump felt like my chest is blowing up and still feel it till now after 3 hours of my workout , it was chest day today , feel hungry like never was before, 2 bad my camera isn't working , but i will try to get some pics and keep u updated. starting at 173 lbs , am pretty lean by nature, will see how far i can get with this.

Lol yes bro most guys say the same thing after they try it the first time ever. Its the extra pump you get that makes you look like ur transforming already!

And yes your body will transform in front of your very own eyes, which is weird considering we usualy can never see the changes in our own bodys, its usualy others who see the changes in your physique, but with igf you actualy can see the changes yourself every single week.

And you most likely wont gain much weight, even though your body will look about 20lbs heavier, but ur actualy just shedding fat while adding solid keepable lean muscle mass.

I look forward to seeing your pictures as well bro! And I look forward to following this thread and reading and seeing the changes in your body.

Also thanks for keeping a journal here, its always good for our other members to read these journals as it benefits many of us to see and how someone else did something and seeing if it might work for us.

Great job bro! And lets see those progress pics soon.:bber:

day 5 , couldn't believe my eyes when i stepped on the scale this morning , 179lbs although i lowered the Anadrol to 50mg/day instead of 100, got some pics from day 1 will post later today

sweet and yeah drol at 100mgs would be a little harsh for me id stay at 50 as well

Nice pics bro, and yeah time to get a better camera, lol, but from what i can tell you have a solid upper body that you should be able to pack on some good gains to

Great deal bro, glad you like that IGF so far, it's some of the most potent stuff I've ever used. I think you'll make some huge gains on this cycle if you're gaining like that already. Just keep downing the food and the sky is the limit

If you want to make solid muscle gains, you should cut the AAS doses in half, run them for 20 weeks and post up your diet. Your are using more than I use and I'm just under 90lbs heavier and every bit as lean at 5'9. AAS are just part of the trigger. Food builds muscle. You can apply 40lbs of trigger pressure to a semi automatic weapon, but if the trigger pull is only a few ounces you're still only going to fire one round. All that extra pressure is a waste.

That actually makes a lot of sense

that makes a lot of sense to me to , and i am thinking cutting down the DECA to 250mg /week and changing the test c , to test prop lets say 100mg EOD for some reason i always had better results with it dunno why , but anyway , i been off AAS for 2 years now , and i am oinly back to the gym only 7 month now , about my diet , i been struggling the last few days cause i been very busy working ,i try as much as i can to keep my diet like this :
Meal1 , 4 Egg Whites , 2 whole eggs , 70 - 80 grams oats , whole grain toast with cottage cheese, Multivitamin, fish oil,
Meal2, beans, baked potatoes, chicken breast around 200 grams,
PreWorkout, 1 Scoup whey protein mixed with carbs and , 5 grams glutamin , 5 grams Creatine
Postworkout, 1 Scoup whey protein mixed with carbs and , 5 grams Glutamine , 5 grams Creatine and a banana
Last meal , Steak , or fish around 250 grams with rice and vegetables.

i take my AAS around 11:00 A.M , and for the IGF 5 mins before the preworkout meal which is about 30-45 mins before my workout.

any advices if i am making any mistakes with my diet , or that should be good enough ??

That's actually not a bad diet. Don't keep it too strict though. Enjoy some pizza and lasagna subs etc. I love prop as well. You're on the right track, just lower doses and extend the cycle. I used IGF for years straight w/o a break and I can't wait for my Christmas present.

nah won't keep it so strict , and i am thinking about running the IGF during the whole 20 weeks and see how things will be , and i feel my body is responding well so far, will have to make another order late jan

Day 11 up to 184lbs , guess if i will keep gaining this way , by the end of the 20 weeks i might hit 200 lbs for the 1st time in my life, 11 lbs in 11 days , not bad eih , hope nothing happens to me this time , as last time i was on track had a surgery in my jaw , wasn't able to eat or do anything for 2 month and i lost all my gains i drooped down to 143 lbs, it was awful . crossing my fingers this time lol
