If you want to make solid muscle gains, you should cut the AAS doses in half, run them for 20 weeks and post up your diet. Your are using more than I use and I'm just under 90lbs heavier and every bit as lean at 5'9. AAS are just part of the trigger. Food builds muscle. You can apply 40lbs of trigger pressure to a semi automatic weapon, but if the trigger pull is only a few ounces you're still only going to fire one round. All that extra pressure is a waste.
that makes a lot of sense to me to , and i am thinking cutting down the DECA to 250mg /week and changing the test c , to test prop lets say 100mg EOD for some reason i always had better results with it dunno why , but anyway , i been off AAS for 2 years now , and i am oinly back to the gym only 7 month now , about my diet , i been struggling the last few days cause i been very busy working ,i try as much as i can to keep my diet like this :
Meal1 , 4 Egg Whites , 2 whole eggs , 70 - 80 grams oats , whole grain toast with cottage cheese, Multivitamin, fish oil,
Meal2, beans, baked potatoes, chicken breast around 200 grams,

Postworkout, 1 Scoup whey protein mixed with carbs and , 5 grams Glutamine , 5 grams Creatine and a banana
Last meal , Steak , or fish around 250 grams with rice and vegetables.
i take my AAS around 11:00 A.M , and for the IGF 5 mins before the preworkout meal which is about 30-45 mins before my workout.
