Got my IGF...

I got my IGF the other day and can't wait to start it again. I love the insane pumps I get from it and with my shoulder hurting a bit last week, I'm hoping that this will gelp it out some also.

Do you plan on applying to the shoulder or closer to the shoulder to help with the injury?

yeah I think this time I wont even apply it to my bis on bicep day, the pumps were like too much last time lol my arms were like steel

I applied right on the delt and it helped with my shoulder trouble.

Yes, I'm thinking of applying it on the front delt where the pain is (rotator cuff). I think that should help out a good bit

Yea, I've been using it for about a week now. My pumps are insane and my shoulder is feeling a lot better since starting it

It's crazy how fast it's worked. I went from barely being able to push 55# dumbbells on bench to 80s comfortably today
