I probably overtrain, but I'm really considering trying something insane that I've never seen done before with my training split to see if it works for me. I'm thinking of quads on Monday and Thursday and chest on Tuesday and Friday with back on Wednesday. Then the next week Shoulders Monday and Thursday and quads on Tuesday and Friday with arms on Wednesday or something similar to this. I'm still working on the fine details of what on which day and such. This way I kill my weaker parts twice a week, but get a week off in between
