good first time aas cycle

Hello all. Im looking for some good advice on a non-liver toxic cycle. Let me tell you about myself first. Im 39yrs old and turning 40 here in about 9 days :( . I had not set foot in the gym for about 8 yrs now. At the start of this year I made a commitment to get back in the gym and get back in shape like I was 8 yrs ago 5'6" 175lbs 12% bf. I started going back to the gym as of feb 2nd this year and managed to put about 20 lbs back on since then getting me to a measly 150lbs and prob about 20% bf. My weight has begun to level out now so id like to run a nice 12-16 week cycle to get me back to my goal weight of 180lbs 10% bf. I have done some ph cycles in the past such as m1t, superdrol, 1-ad, 4-ad. Nutrition and training are in check.

Two cycles I was considering was a test e only cycle and a test e/tren e cycle. Im favoring the tren/test cycle as I have had previous exp with ph's in the past and because I want to try out tren BADLY lol and im not afraid to pin. Please advise a cycle with frequency and dosage amounts and the same for on cycle and post cycle products to use. Thanks.

Well bro what I would advise and this is from personal experience, get down a little less in body fat before you start. The reason I say this is from experience the higher your b/f the more sides you will see estrogen wise etc. If you are ready and do not wanna wait, being its your first cycle simple is better, Test E only is my advise 500 mg's per week 250 Monday 250 Thursday to keep the blood levels as stable as possible.

I say test only because if you are anything like the rest of us this will not be your last cycle. You wanna add in compounds and dosages slowly, learn how your body will react to the test first. You can cut on test E just like any other drug its all about diet. I definitely would not recommend Tren even tren E for a first time cycle.

PCT I generally just used Clomit, nolva, and sometimes toremifene, I generally just stay on 200mg's of test nowadays to keep me balanced.

I thought u said get to 6% I was like WHAT 14% good LMAO I had to reread. I'm on board w/ Swole... If u wanted to add Tren I'd use like 200-250mg EW but Test E 500mg your gtg good to grow LMAO !

I had to re-read that also lol. I was just guessing I was between 15-20 % and just rounded up, but im prob closer to 15 and maybe even 13-14% ill have to get it checked again but I know im close. Test it is then, thanks for answering.

- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg twice a week (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu twice a week (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg-0.5 mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

What I see:

You have been out of the gym a long while and became very out of shape, pretty much skinny/fat. You have some mild oral cycling in your past. Now with 4 months back in the gym and getting back some former fitness you want to get on something stronger than you have used in the past. You are 150 lbs at relatively high bodyfat. This situation sort of tells me you want to use AAS as a crutch. Now it could be that you are hypogonadal and this is one reason you are not holding much muslce. It could also be that you are starving yourself and your metabolism is slow slow and trying to build muscle is not going to work. It would be a good idea, before using anything to rule out hypogonadism. Go to PrivateMD and book a delux male penel and see where your health is at. You just book it and walk into a Labcorp and get your results emailed to you. You can be done with it in less than a week and its wirth the 165 $ to know where you are at.

If I had to guess I would predict you are in normal range test and estrogen and just need to add in squats, deadlifts, bench press and other heavy compound movements. Change your diet. Eat no less than 200 g of protein from chicken and fish and 4 cups of rice a day. That's about 6 oz of chick and a cup of rice with a green veggie 4 times a day. Add a protein shake before bed. Pick some asshole in the gym to train with and force him to do squats deads and bench with you mixed in with everything else. You don't need AAS just yet. You need to develop or redevelop good anabolic habits first. AAS are performance enhancers. They do not substitute for a base. They enhance your base using the good habits you use to create anabolism. So develop them there habits. After doing the above for 4-6 months you will drop a lot of body fat and lbs of lean mass. There is no reason why you cannot be 14% BF at 160 lbs in 6 months without adding in any androgens.

Ok, well I have an Omron handheld bf analyzer and it tells me 13.1% bf. Considering I weigh 150 @ 13% I don't consider that skinny/fat. That seems like an ok fat/muscle ratio to me. Keep in mind I'm only 5'6" tall. I also would not consider m1t or superdrol to be mild by any means but that's just my opinion. I had my test levels checked a few years ago and I was in the 700 range so I think I'm ok there.diet is good I get 3100 cals on workout days/2700 non-workout. I shoot for 271g protein and 271g carb and 91g fat. I'm currently following Jim stoppani's shortcut to size routine. He's a smart dude and knows what he's talking about. I follow his recommended calorie and macro ranges. I also know from my past that my body likes to stay between 150/155 range without any anabolic so that's why I thought now would be a good time to get back on because I have worked myself back up to that point now. Having said all that is the advice still the same? I think I will do the privatemd thing, just to see where I'm at.

First those scales anit the best to check your bf% get s better method brutha. And following someone plans or routine doesn't mean it will difinity work for you. Experiment with different things to see what works best for you. And 5' 6" anit tall. I really hope you put some more time and effort into your training before u start any peds

I appreciate your advice and your time. I will hold off the aas for now and spend some more time experimenting with my diet. And now that you mention the training aspect, that could very well be what is slowing my progress at the moment. Ive only followed one routine since going back to the gym. I do bench but I don't do deadlifts cause I hate them, but if it will help put on some lean mass I'll give it a go. And I don't do squats because I've got bad knees so I usually do leg press and supersquats for quads. All the usuals for hams and calves. I'll have to switch out my routine and see what happens then. And I didn't know about privatemd before so I'm gonna check that out for sure.

I'd definitely get my levels checked before venturing into the "dark" side here. Diet, Training and Rest are the most essential aspects of building a better body and a better you brother. When those are in check, progress is made. Once those begin tapering off and the progress is diminishing, that is when PEDs are considered. I'm not saying you're ready and I'm not saying you're not. You know the answer to that by answering whether those 3 things are in place and have been in place the length of time it takes to reach the point of diminishing returns.

Like glycoman said, add in those big, compound movements and I'll be willing to bet you'll start seeing some gains. And, those gains will come due to those 3 things. Such as Squats and Dead Lifts,....Do those right and you'll eat more(Diet), Your training harder, and you'll be wore ass out and Rest better.....

See how it all boils down brother?? Anyway, good luck with your transformation into a bigger and better you,
Austin
