Well after 4 months of light lifting (I do every year to protect against injury) I have lifted decent weight for 3 weeks now! 5-6 days a week!
So I started in a shit position,I went light for 4 months
I cut weight with a friend for his fight (I dropped from 218 bad weight to 195)
I had a ton of muscle waisting and some fat gain.
I never take pix of me when I am in really bad shape, so I suck at logs, but yesterday I dont think I looked horrible
I weighed in at 214.6 Pounds
I am 5'9"
Arms UNpumped-- Left 17 1/4, Right 17" (surgery arm tricep and wrist)
Calves UNpumped-- 16 1/2" (just noticed the right is a little smaller too :( )
Mid quad UNpumped-- 24 1/2"
Chest UNpumped-- 45 1/2"
So I haven't taken measurements in a while, so I don't know how horrible those numbers are. I know the arms are OK, calves need to get bigger etc

My goals are:
To not care weight wise where I am
Get as close to doing a split as possible this year
Get my Bane Traps back
Transition from 5-6 days a week lifting to 4 days lifting 2 days grappling.

Oh also doing Elliptical every workout for 1.10 miles (the .10 as a heart recovery part)

Since I am 3 weeks in I am curious to see where I will get , I'm sure a lot is muscle memory and than I'll plateau
 
Time to kck start the fresh body brother. Tren masterone and test prop.
700mg each every week
take ephedrine cut the fat. And clenbuterol 6 weeks straight use no breaks. Take Benadryl at night to stay on clen. Melt that bro.

Drop ip all compounds except tren, add in eq 1g/w plus drol 50 mg/d and winstrol injection 100mg/day. Keep test at hrt dose. You will thicken and bring body in vascular and tight.
 
Metal pm me if you need help setting up cycles. No plateus ever just gain gain gain. Focus the diet around the carb brotha. Complex high carb 50% protein 45% get the fats from protein sources don't worry about fat intake. Drink aminos after every meal and during work outs.
 
I wish I could take clen like that, I cramp like a MF on even female doses

I'm looking at the same thing for my next cycle-if I get on one...thinking of maybe just staying on TRT and cycling IGF, that way I keep my blood pressure low

the older I get the lower the dosages trying to keep the sides down

thinking of test C-600
and NPP and mast
 
yeah ditto. My strength is being limited on some things, but I did hammer curl the 70s today, and on the hammer strength shoulder press I have been doing 3 plates on each side for 10. Not as good as I have done in the past, but still up there. For chest I am trying to not even do 110s, I want to try to stay injury free. On stuff like squats only going to 315, and leg press only doing around 500 mark. I also am trying to stay flexible as possible, so it's hard to do it all, but if it wasn't than it's too easy I guess.
 
I just started doing dips again. My bicep is really 2/3 of my arm instead of the tricep, but doing dips today shows me I need to continue to do those. I did two sets of 10 with feet in front of me with toes pointed up, than I did a regular feet behind me of 40! They were pumped up a ton, and I actually really felt it post workout. Thanks guys. I will have to get some "pumped" numbers soon, and by pumped I mean after I workout, after I do elliptical and after I drive home lol so , semi pumped soon :)

Yeah buddy. I base my workouts on my cold measurements and just get a nice ego boost when I actually measure my shit all pumped up. Amazing the difference though....

Keep killin it Metal. BTW: How old are you? I'm turning 43 in a few months.....

29 still, but I started falling apart about 7 years ago haha. Hernia surgery, to tricep tendon surgery, to tonsil surgery, to foot excision, to wrist surgery to severe facet syndrome lol
