t3 and clen which is better? or both

ive been looking into using t3 or clen and have gotten mixed reviews. im looking for whichever one works the best and if anyone has and site that have reliable good products. ive heard of nexxtec but i am not sure if the products are legit. any help?

There is plenty of information here in regards to using t3 or clen or both.
Just do a search and you find tons of informative threads.

Clen doesn't cut fat for me. It makes me drop around 5 lbs of water in about a week. Seems more like a diuretic to me. T3 will speed up your metabolism

I've tried both separately. I don't think I knew enough about diet and such when I was using them as I dropped weight but still looked flabby lol

I'd love to give t3 or clen a run with tren but am afraid to at the heart/cardiovascular side effects they may all contribute to. T3 gave me what seemed like anxiety and heart palpitations while clen just gave me this strange discomfort in my chest... lost strength on both of them and also lost muscle.
