Let's see- Gas here is almost $4- almost $5 is some areas and no let up or indication that reserves will be tapped to reduce pricing.
Inflation is greater than in the late 70's
The middle class is not making any headway- no way they can save or invest in a 401K.
Unemployment is still at 8.8% and most jobs are in the government sector.
I think the Dems had their chance- so far its spend spend spend.
We have a president that doesn't believe in following the constitution.

I hate to get involved in this bc I have never seen someone 'win' in a debate, however this country was in such bad shape when bush was leaving I feel in no way could anyone (minus superhero's) get this country back on track w/in a 4 year period. Bush entered w a surplus and left with a huge deficit, so on the note of 'the dem's had there chance' than the rep's have also had there chance, so are we setting the stage to see the Whig party back in action lol

But the Republicans had there chance and they couldn't get the job done !!! but it dosen't matter because neither party cares about the people that work there asses off and are not getting no where !!! That may be , but remember this president capmpaigned on a platform of CHANGE.

Even with a deficit situation, he has done NOTHING to help the deficit*(not even a litltle) except to increase it - to the largest in American history.

It would have been really nice if his medical plan would have went completely through, bc my Dad wouldnt be screwed like he is now... We definitely needed health care reform, but not the huge pile of crap that they pushed through. It'll take years to find all the hidden junk in that bill. How did student loans get included on a health care bill?
