From apparent suicide. Sad shit, depression sucks and affects you no matter if you have money or not. Sucks when you watch someone growing up since you were a baby and that happens.

Yea it's sad shit he always came off as so damn happy but I suppose many manic depressive types Come off that way. Great guy man. Great guy

Very sad. A lot of comedians suffer from depression, and he wouldn't be the first to off himself.

Several stints in rehab for alcohol and cocaine three divorces and clinically depressed prior to much of that... money cant buy your way out of those emotional roller coasters. I read an interview once in high school where he explained that his comedy was his escape from everything. Gave him a chance to avoid his demons. Great actor and amazing stand up comedian. Will be missed for sure.

ugh man that right there is terrible.. When you're sick like that though I bet your only concern is the escape. So sad though.. so many amazing roles he played... but that is the thing about acting... you never know the true character playing the part.

comedians, and people that tell jokes a lot are usually depressed, bodybuilders are you never satisfied with themselves---- so any funny people that lift weights, suck for you, oh wait me, oh wait lol

I was so sad to see this. I watched the 60 minutes on him the day after was a great show with some fantastic clips/interviews from his prime, and recent
