Macro/Nutrition/Diet Tracking?

How do you track your macros?
Do you track in a log?
Do you use an app?
If so which app?
Caloric intake?
What is your breakdown of Carbs, fats, and proteins?
I'm just looking for different views and ideas.

I need to be better than what I do, but I just mentally remember and remind. I used to keep a small note pad in my back pocket and write down every single thing I ate, which kind of helps me know these days roughly what I'm getting in. It's still bad doing it my way, but I'm working on it. My split at the moment is 30/40/30 (bulking). Cutting I'm usually 40/30/30.
 
I've only been tracking macros for about a month now.
Right now I'm using an app call My Fitness Pal.
It helps me see where I'm at throughout the day.
Carbs 40%, Fat 30%, Protein 30%
Calories between 3200-4000 a day.
