For those who dont know, I started MuscleChemistry in December of 1999 (24 years ago) and this site has grown with me , helped me grow, and probably saved my life more than a couple times in that when life happened, i could get on here and laugh with the guys about the dumbest shit, or just grind out some info for members!

Anyhow I could go on a rant about my love for this site and its members, but i wont, instead ill leave you with a couple words of wisdom from this soon to be old man:
