This is to record the effects of GH as I go. I'll be noting effects ranging from muscle to 'other' effects.

Been on for almost two weeks now, fat seems to be down some on my abdomen--wish I had access to a Tanita bf scale. My hands/fingers seem to feel a little thicker, and my wedding ring is a little more difficult to remove at night (can't sleep with it on). My feet also seem to be a little thicker. Actually had a little harder time putting on my shoes. I feel as horny as a 20-yr old. :) I'm liking that a lot! I'd almost swear I was just slightly taller--maybe it helps the discs in your spine be fully hydrated so it lifts you up a bit.

Muscles seem a little larger and fuller. I can see my abs better. Weight is holding steady at 208 as I seem to be building muscle but losing fat.

My last posted pics in the Members section can serve as my 'before' shots. I'll post pics again either at the end of one month or in the middle at two months.
 
No, I am also on AAS as well. I'm on my regular HRT dose of test cyp 300mg/week, sustaplex, deca, and tren. GH is 5 iu, 5 days on 2 days off. I only train 3 days/week DC style.

Best training gains I ever made were using DC... I strongly feel if we took a poll of what blood type one is and training styles you would find there is a link.. I wrote one of my college papers on blood types and diet along with training styles and was astounded by the results...
 
Really? I'd like to see that. I've been making really good progress with DC myself.

Update: Weight now fluctuating between 208-210, fat is coming off nicely yet I still weigh that much. I can see the skin on my abs getting thinner and thinner as the days pass. Chest is definitely getting swole. Width and thickness are both visibly increasing. Another couple of weeks, chest and lats will probably be much larger. Shirts are getting tighter again--a couple I can't even get my arms into anymore, time to go shopping. Need to work on legs more, they aren't keeping up with my upper body although my calves are pretty good. Overall, I'm really amazed with how quickly I'm growing. I can see it happening in the mirror from week to week. This is just the first month, so I can't wait to see the results from the next month and so on.
 
Awesome work bro, keep at it and keep us posted. What is your goal or are you just looking to gain muscle and lose fat?
 
You're probably right. I'm officially 210 now as of this morning's weigh in. As a side note, I can feel that I'm heavier--is that strange or does anyone else feel that as they gain weight?
 
I absolutely feel it, it's funny because I think that when you're "accelerating" your growth and getting bigger faster your tendons, ligaments, bones etc. aren't used to the extra muscle mass. Personally I think it's part of the mind body connection and the "feel" comes from within your head.
 
I'm finding that results are accelerating for many of my upper body muscles, but my wheels are still lacking--although they do show some improvement. I'm going to have to really focus on my legs to see if I can bring them up. It's definitely causing my fingers to become thicker. I put my wedding ring on this morning, and it was actually hard to do. I then had trouble taking it back off. That means my ring finger has gone from size 10 to 11.

Had an injury to my left tricep muscle and had to take a few days off training. I stayed the same weight for the first little while, but then in the end lost a couple of pounds. It always comes off the legs first which drives me nuts. If I hadn't been using GH, I probably would have lost a lot more. So, I'm back to 208, but climbing steadily back up.
 
good deal bro keep workin hard. Legs are hard to get to grow sometimes man. Im lucky my wheels have always been big catching for 13 years they have to be lol.
 
have you tried IGF for your wheels bro? I know you're on HGH right now but it might be something to consider. My delts went from being my weakness to one of my best features after treating them with IGF repeatedly. I've used it on quads as well with some success but never used it there as much. Going to go back to applying it on them to get them to grow.
 
I've been overdue for some IGF for months if you know what I mean or else I would be doing that.
