Legs--Finally!

YES! I can say it's finally happening. My legs are growing. They are just shy of 26" cold and fully 26" when pumped now. I have actually put on about 1 1/2" on my legs since December. I can't say how stoked I am because it has been really hard to get my legs to grow.

I think the biggest reasons for the change have been the difference in workout strategy, applying IGF to my legs, and the insulin I've been on.

For my workout, I'm now doing squat movements ass to the grass. I had to reduce the weight I use for that, which plays with your mind, but when I started seeing results, I was all too happy to continue. I combine that with doing hack squats lower and the leg press while making sure I push with the heel--big factor there. Most guys must do that naturally, I don't I guess.

I've been applying IGF to the inner thigh and quads except for the teardrop (which I will do, but it seems to be doing well anyway).

The insulin seems to be one of the main reasons I'm growing all over. It didn't seem to do this in two prior cycles. Perhaps it has something to do with my body needing it now, I'm not sure.

The pic of my wheels is from a week and a half ago (sorry about the underwear). Can't wait to see what the next few months hold. If my progress continues as fast as it has been, I just may be able to get ready in time for a contest in the fall where I live.
 
great work bro! I surprisingly put a half inch on my calves in the last 2 months, dont know how but I did it, I guess doing calves twice a week instead of once, plus incorporating the treadmill with steep incline 5 days a week really has helped
 
They look fantastic brother. Do not think less or your wheels, cause they really do look great and are starting to really come together from what I see.
There not small by any means, keep it up champ!

Legs are my biggest problem. I think we have similiar body types. I am using a box when I squat so I go low enough. great job, they are def better than mine. Im getting stoked

Nice one, do you attribute any of the growth to the Myo inhibitors you were trying?

i wish I could squat ass to ground, but between being tall and lower back problems, anything below parallel kills my back.

Im currently "retraining" myself on how to train legs. I tend to not push through my heels like you and have to mentally make myself doing it. I even walk on the balls of my feet so apparently Im just not built right (thanks mom and pop).

its hard to retrain yourself, but I did it for upper body and noticed results and now Im ready to bring up my legs too.
 
Good job bro.. Mine are starting to grow.. How I hated doing legs when I started and now they are one of my favs.. Only when I'm not training legs with Chris250 he takes legs to another level !!! lol

I'm not sure. A lot of growth did occur while taking the supposed follistatin from Precision Peptides, but I'm thinking it was more due to the other factors I listed.

Hey, I warned you about the underwear, lol. Couldn't hold up the shorts and the camera at the same time.

My legs touch and rub on the inside now--strange sensation, but I'm getting used to it. And that pushes the package forward, don't need any enhancing underwear--not that I ever needed it, lol. :laugh:

It's good until you're sweating your ass off and then you start to get a rash or something, now that sucks. Not sure if you shave your legs or not, but if you do, when you get stubble there and they start rubbing, that'll piss you off too
