First thing this AM I was only 194.5, 2 1/2 weeks ago I was just under 204. I upped my water intake more even though that was already pretty much the only thing I drank. Doing the treadmill 5 days a week around 20 minutes per day, sometimes 25-30 (plus a cooldown of a few min's) I gradually go up to a 15% incline starting with a 3.5% and going up .5 every 30 seconds. After I am about 75%-85% of the way done I decrease the incling .5% every 30 seconds.

gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so im doing my best to not care where the numbers fall

Brother...with all the cardio you are doing you are going to lose weight. The thing is you didn't say anything about your diet and this is LARGELY going to tell you what you are losing. I would imagine you lost a lot of water (given your pictures it looked like you were carrying water) and then if you aren't taking in the right amounts in your diet you will be losing muscle. You should care about what the numbers are because they are an indicator of what you are doing. 2lbs a week of bodyfat loss is optimal...just saying.

My diet changes so much it's really hard for me to keep it stable bc my appetite is like a rollercoaster. I have been eating pretty good, I cut down a bit on my carb intake the last 2 weeks, I dont think id consider it a really low carb diet I just usually have so many carbs that I have reduced them maybe like 30% from where I was before. I think im losing some of the puffyness bc im drinking alot more frequently everyday now, and yeah the cardio is in affect as well.

good job brotha, i get in the same boat alot, with the water weight, i try and keep my carbs high all the time. to stay full and hoping not to lose muscle.

you'll get where you wanna be, consistancy is the key, and i know your consistant so....all in due time.

Hey man...you need to start working your colories and get this diet thing under control. Consistent gains need to be planned for with your diet as well as when you are losing. You want to keep as much muscle as possible and the "shooting in the dark" method of not knowing how many calories and all is not going to be the best approach long term. If you aren't working right now this should be an easy thing for you to do man...

write me out some plans bro

Haven't we done this before??????

I learned long ago that you gotta charge for advice. Lol

Not cause you need the money...but cause the person you gave it to has no incentive to use it. It cost them nothing to get it.

hell no U nevvvvvvvvver have written me out any type of diet plan bro. U were supposed to write out something 2 years ago but I never recieved it, heck I dont even remember if it was supposed to be a diet. I want something not crazy strict if some one told me dont take any carbs I will fly to where they are and punch them in the throat, That goes for some toppings too (ketchup etc) I want to be able to eat real food but not crazy strict, I dont need sweets or desserts, and I only drink water or Green tea that I brew, ocaasionally I will have a few beers or some wine, once every few weeks

To excellent feed back posts here, great work Former!

Bro two tips I learned from Nuk that are easy to hear and hard to follow, but will let you know how serious you are and will MAKE your aspirations a reality.
1. Write down a diet and figure out all the proteins, fats and carbs for each meal and eat nothing else.
2. Make your planned meals in advance and only eat that! No substitutions, no excuses.
How bad do you want it?
If you can follow these for a few weeks (including logging diet, bodyweight, and training weights, reps, sets, etc) get an impartial (you may also think of them as a dick) person to look at you and give you no nonsense feedback. Otherwise you're shooting in the dark.

Once more an other great post, both compliment each other.

I'll tell you bro the first couple of weeks are tough and will be a real test. Don't give up on yourself. After the initial shock the rest gets much easier. Not easy, but easier. Also the first few weeks will be a TOTAL mind fuck. Don't fall for it. Remember your body wants to look like Larry The Cable Guy. If you don't, you have to win the battle.

if your bulking, like i tell all the guys that ask me, just focus on Macro, thats it. but do stay away from sloppy foods though. and keep your water intake up. good luck, im struggling myself to break platues.
