so today on seated front hammer raises I did
35 lb db's for 10
45 dbs for 10
55 dbs for 5
65 dbs for 8!!!

than on individual side raises
20 x 10
25 x 10
30 x 10
35 x 10

I usually have only gone to 55s with seated fronts and 25s for sides

thanks man, those 65s felt great, I cant believe I even went that high, its been raining and shiity out so I feel drab at the gym everyday this week, than I told myself il go 35 45 55 but I got an itch to say fuck and go heavy

Good shit bro, keep up the hard work and acheive great gains.

Thanks man, I just really need to be diligent on getting my sides higher, but I feel when u do them individually u cant get as much bc I have more range and no swing

Good work bro, guess that tricep is holding up then?

it is but front lifts dont really affect them. As far as db shoulder press it hurts it worse than anything so im only throwing up the 80s right now for those =(

its cool thanks for asking, im coming along still but in the back of my mind I still wont push myself 100% on certain things

I know what you mean, I'm just now really pushing my limits again since my broken humerus. The only thing that really bothered me was DB flyes, but they are feeling normal again now

how did u break your arm?

65's are solid weight...I personally like to use 135 on a barbell and try to do reps with this weight and not swing, ever try it??

If you do your side laterals like I do which is down to the sides and not to the front you won't be able to swing them up. I go up to 80's and I tell you bro...it works!

how did u break your arm?

Stress fracture from powerlifting, but actually fully snapped it in 2 places throwing a softball. It snapped right where the damn stress fracture was. I thought it was simply tendonitis so I'd quit doing curls and any movements that contracted my bi not ever thinking it was a stress fracture. Then I went to turn a double play in a game and the torque and whipping motion of bringing my arm back and coming forward just snapped it. The doctors told me they'd never seen it happen like that or that they've never seen the humerus break unless there's a lot of trauma like a car wreck or getting hit directly in the arm.
