Hey guys I need some help with some steroids. I haven't ever taken steroids before, however I've done much research and understand the side effects of them and the problems that they could cause. Now my question, I was asking what would be the best routine or cycle to use with anadrol? Many lifters have told me not to take an anadrol only cycle, while a handful has told me it would be fine.. Are there better steroids to increase my strength or a better cycle that you would recommend to a beginner? I am not a beginner in weight lifting, however I feel like I have reached my genetic potential and I am trying to surpass it for football. Any recommendations and help is greatly appreciated.

I am mainly looking to pack on strength and size with legal steroids such as anadrol, decaduro, testa-max, e.t.c so any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated

If u have done the research u know drol alone is a waste of time what are ur stats height weight age diet and the diet is the key help us help you

Welcome to MuscleChemistry brutha. Great questions, first a couple for you.
How old are you? How often are you training. What is your routine? How many meals per day? How much protein, carbs, etc. What do you weigh?

As far as legal steroids I'm not sure where you live but steroids are not legal in the US without a prescription. Anadrol is the last thing you should take and is still illegal.
The other things you mentioned I'm not a big fan of.
I'm assuming your young, so. Stay away from any hormones.
Stick to creatine Monohydrate, protein powder, and eat more.

Oh hey guys sorry about the late reply. I am 19 6'2 215 and im 12% bf I eat about 4-5 meals a day, I workout 5 times a week, and run cardio everyday for 30 mins

im taking creatine, whey protein, bcaa, glutamine, fish oil, vitamins, and beta alanine

The thing is im in college football right now and im trying to get a lot bigger because no matter how much im lifting and working out i feel like its just very hard for me to gain any weight for the past year and i believe ive hit my genetic potential

If your playing collage ball and only 19 then I would talk to your teams strength coach and come up with a training/meal plan for your goals before looking to AAS . Take advantage of that resource bro. I promise you have not hit your genetic potential at 19.

Pumped is right on big guy. Talk to your strength coach. I will say IMHO working out 5 x a week and running 30 min every day. EAT MORE GOOD FOOD.
You should be keeping a food journal, complete with your micro's. Once you determine what you are consuming on the regular. Gradually increasing your calories, & micro's for example 500 / week until your gaining 1-2 lbs per week.
Bro... these are an example it's not pretty or even fun like some supplementation.
Get with a coach & let them guide you.
Anyways my .02

Not a chance you hit your genetic potential at 19 years old brutha! Not a chance you should go anywhere near steroids, or any type of Pro hormone either. And all the products I listed that you can buy legally, are also banned if your playing college football.

You guys should be doing Olympic lifting and its a whole different program than you will find here from us my man, on top of that you do NOT want to train like a bodybuilder playing college football.

Good luck daddio! I wish you all the best, and you have a shit ton of growing to do naturally if you hit the weight right for football, and eventually you will plateau in a few years training that way, thats when you wanna come back and train/lift and supplement like a bodybuilder, and you will have another growth spurt, I promise you!!

Good advice brutha :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Stay away from these hormones until you're at least 21 bro. A male's peak testosterone is between the ages 18-20, and starts to decline between 20-25. That means your body is a cess pool of testosterone in your late teens, so even taking exogenous testosterone at this point in time may hindered the gains you could have made naturally, so your testosterone will forever be changed. Think twice before you start a cycle. Don't "play God" with your hormones.

youre 19 with great test levels naturally

shit, could add 1-2lbs of weight on you weekly with diet and training alone...

at your age alot of kids fail because they dont know how to properly set up nutrition for bulking
