💥 Looking for neck relief? Or just want to build a stronger neck? Try this! Many people have neck issues and weakness because we sit all the time with our head forward and never work the other muscles. By utilizing isometrics we can strengthen all the muscles of the neck that are commonly weak in a pain free way. If you donít have a band, just use your band!
1️⃣ Band Isometrics: grab a band or use your hand and loop around one side of your head and pull away. By resisting this force and keeping your head straight you are activating all those neck muscles on that side! The farther you pull the band, the harder you have to work. Do this on both sides!
