Felt hella strong to strong wanted to up my weight more but felt a false seance of security because of the Anavar making me stronger so faster so giving 2 thumbs up to pct-shop Anavar been great to mrs mm also

This is a great log. Makes me think I could gain quite a bit if I got my diet in better order. I think alot of people get confused on dosing. Some people such as myself can't handle high doses. They don't really do much for me other than bloat and get sides. You've got to really pack in the food and already have alot of tissue to make use of all those compounds.

Your right diet is key take as high of a dose as u like if u don't get the fuel in ur syzygy it won't matter what amount of gear ur on you will not gain food first rest second gym third gear last gear matters and I take high doses but look at my diet I put my gear to work by feeding it
