I'm a dog person too. I love my little boys (cats), but my little girl in the pic above is my child! Lol... Idk what I'd do if something happened today her. I'm a dog guy, pitts to be exact but I also like mastiff's but I had one for about 13 years, way before family. He died 2 years ago. Truthfully I can't bring myself to get another. So we (they) have cats, lol.
I think I'm going to have The Dude in there with me next time I do them. I should be making more progress than I am so maybe if he's right there I can squeeze out a few more seconds. Going to try to do them today.
Ok, y'all got me. Never did this "girly exercise" before... How hard can it be?
Doing them between leg press sets:
Set 1: 1.00 Shaking began at 15 seconds... and continued until completion at 1 minute.
Set 2: 1.00 minutes. Shaking began again at 15 seconds, intensified at 30 and was pretty damned intense at 45 seconds but made it to a minute...
Set 3: Fuck set 3, maybe they won't be so hard on back day!

Her trainer, she said, is "the Queen of 'plank'". She (her trainer) has my wife do all kinds of crazy shit from the plank position all the time. So, my wife could probably just hang out in plank position for as long as she felt like it!
