Saturday - run
Sunday - Spinning pinned 30mcg IGF in calves and banged out few sets of calf rasies after spinning :)

T3 50mcg and 1cc Icy 20 mins pre cardio

Mass/Weight is constant and im @ about 9%bf i really cant wait to get my Mexico vacation over and done with and start my bulk, its been 10 months of eating on point with next to no cheats, so my bulk will consist of one month of eating whatever i like (i dont eat sugar or candy ever) will just be a lot more carbs

Then ill reign thing in and revert to back to my current diet but ill add 1 cup of oats to meals 4 & 5 take thing from there

Everything has been continuing according to plan, holding tight 209-210lbs @ 7-8% bf

Cardio and diet in check,

Sat/Sunday - Rest = 40mins cardio ED

Decided to lower my weights on chest day, i will do some pre-exhaust sets and really try and work the muscles and focus on contraction. I dont want to push the weights to hard at this lower bf% and risk injury

There has been a noticeable loss of strength in part as a result of coming off cycle and also lowering my bf 13 days more to Mexico :) Then the bulk and blood work will begin

The reduction in bf is right in line with my loss of 7lbs weight so i have managed to reduce bf% but maintain my LBM, very happy about that :)

Things are progressing nicely

weight 227.4lbs +20 from the Bulk waist +1.5" but remarkably vascularity in upper body is more visible than ever and i still have visible Abs even a vein or two in my quads

Well i dont really see any difference my lifts are only at where they were at height of my last cycle and im only 9lbs heavier than from the day of PR’s Having cut back from 255lbs to 217.6 so its not like i wasn't big before

but just about everyone is either saying you look bigger,buff or what are you taking.... Good job that Tren is bunk or id fugging rip their heads off a stick it up their arse (not really) well maybe the one guy today at the gym who walked past me smiled and said “Roids” i had to take a deep breath and say “Just hard work you should try it some time” fat weak nut hugger :)

Def added lil girth aroud the waist,

i think ive ecperienced a nice muscle rebound from the long cut the T3 was more catabolic than i had thought it would be on 200mg cycp... Ive ground to a halt around the 227-228 mark

My apetite has really been shit im force feeding myself at the moment from what ive read Anadrol will do that to you
 
Dunno Whats going on but I just jumped on the bathroom scale and it read 240.7 scales.digital and not that great but ****

Took a phone picture you can still see my abs gotta be a combination of the deca kicking in and 4 days straight suspension at 1 1/2cc ED

Better keep a close eye on my nips coz I'm blowing up, ill get picture up in next 20 minutes it was taken right after weigh in which was 1130pm bare in mind I normally weigh myself in the mornings after breakfast but still WTF

Oh and WO was ok too :) Bis/shoulders infact shoulders were so pumped that Bis were a struggle for first 10 minutes until my shoulders calmed down

you dont look 240lb but you are tall, lean though ,if you are 240 then your frame could definetly hold more muscle

Yea, 6 1" still very early in this cycle deca and eq yet to kick in started my orals on 29th Nov but waited 1 week for the injectables so I'm only at day day 32 on those so plenty more fun to be had. Strength is through the roof Sunday chest 365 x 5 385 x 7 365 x 9, I'm going to try 405 for the first time Saturday probably should do 395 we shall see

Scales are all over the place at the moment and I took a massive dump this morning :) still had me at 236 after breakfast

Like you said though, you've still got some tricks up your sleeve and a little ways to go yet with this one yet...

Curious to see where you wind up when you wrap up your cycle!
