Hi my friends, here you have two examples of very intense leg workouts.....Remember i am available to help you get to the next level....enjoy and Merry Christmas!!!!
First leg workout
Leg extensions: 4 sets of 25 reps each as heavy as you can to finish each set with 25 reps.
Leg Press: 4 sets of 30 reps as heavy as possible all the way down pushing up without pause at the contraction position (like partial reps).
Smith machine Squats, full range of motion, 4 sets 20 reps superset with 6 contractions in the leg extension each set.
Second leg workout: Example (choose your one weights)
LEG EXTENSIONS:
* 1 Leg extension set with 150 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 Leg extension set with 200 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 Leg extension set with 250 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 Leg extension set with 300 pounds x 20 reps (forced and assisted)
BODY MASTERS HACK SQUAT SUPERSET WITH LEG PRESS
* Hack Squat 450 pounds x 12 + Leg Press 450 pounds x 20
* Hack Squat 630 pounds x 12 + Leg Press 630 pounds x 20
* Hack Squat 810 pounds x 15 + Leg Press 810 pounds x 30
* Hack Squat 810 pounds x 20 + Leg Press 810 pounds x 40 Ric did 41 and Elvis 42
2 SETS X 12 LUNGES WITH 80 POUNDS DUMBELLS
ONE LEG EXTENSIONS
3 Sets with 70 pounds 5 secs up, 5 secs down....real burn!!!
