Pct is done. Final gains and results from cycle.

So I sucked at keeping my cycle log once school got back but here is where I ended up. I was taking 400 deca (synthrop) front loaded axio prop at 350 and ran test e at 350 for ten weeks. I also did run two full weeks of igf at 30 to 50mcgs (I had some sides so I adjusted.)

With that said I still weigh in at 228 as of yesterday. I was 201 when I started. I added nearly 2 inches to my quads. I measured 26inches two days ago. I was 22 inches in the pics I posted several months ago before starting my cutting.

Arms are still close to 17 and added more than half an inch there.
Chest was 44 I think and Im pushing 49 inches now. Only thing sucks here is that none of my jackets fit anymore for church. LOL

Calves are currently 18 and 17.5. I added nearly an inch there.

I will post some pics once I cut a little blubber. LOL. Im still a little broken out from the clomid but I am definitely way bigger. My new goal is 210 since I am going to be cutting. I plan on getting a body fat water calibration done at that weight too. I would also like to say my bp never got above about 135 on top and 85 on bottom. I did have a few headaches during cycle but sides werent too bad. I would call this a success at 25 plus pounds on such low dosages.

i've actually gotten just as good of results with low doses as high doses. everyones different

bro sounds good, and im not knocking you, but do you think you gained 25 pounds of muscle thats there for good? how long since your last inject? just curious.

for me it takes a while for me to balance back out and flush all that excess water.
 
7 weeks since last shot bro. No probably around 20 of muscle if I had to guess. I am very aware that the clomid has me holding a little water weight for sure. The chest measurement is a little deceptive as my lats are alot thicker as well as my chest bigger. I haven't ran anything in over 3 years, and I have never watched my nutrition as close as I did this time. I will post some before and after pics once I get where I feel comfortable with them. LOL. One other thing that I should probably mention is that about 4 years ago I was 210 at about 8% bodyfat. I have always worked out for at least 8 years with a few breaks due to injuries and illness, but my nutrition has never been this closely monitored. Thanks for the comments.
 
get some pics up son. Sounds awesome great success. What do you estimate your b/f to be at right now?
 
I would guess no worse than 14 or 15. I am still in the same size waist jeans, but my thighs don't fit in them. I kid you not, I got a pair of rock and republic relaxed fits I ordered from neiman marcus and Im gonna have to sell them cause I can't get my thighs or calves in them. I just checked as well and it has actually been 8 weeks since the last shot and by the way I ran the deca where I stopped at week 7 so its not still lingering. One other thing is that I had a metabolic panel ran and my test levels are back to normal too. I have testicles again. LOL. I really didn't shut down that hard. In about week three of pct I noticed they were close to normal already. It is beneficial to have a standing order at the lab for metabolic panels and liver panels. I guess having a crappy immune system is good for something. I would say without any question the bulk of my weight was adding on my legs by the way.
 
nice bro man your making me hungry for some gear haha. Cant wait to shed this fat and get ON again, been about a year and a half since ive ran any gear.
 
bicep really started bothering me again several months ago tore the scar tissue that was actually helping the pain. After that i kinda let myself go lol. Im back at it hard as ever though :).

p.s. in case you didnt know ive been rockin 1 bicep on my right arm for about 2 years now. Long head is ruptured. sorry to get off topic JT.
