Some times during heavy cycles i start getting the runs. You guys ever have this problem???

What do you do to combat this? Is it that unhealthy?

Well it isnt Healthy, so therefore I would say yes it aint good for ya!
 
I mean hershey is pretty high in sugar so I would agree with Press, however, if its dark chocolate then its high in anit-oxidants.
 
Thats what you tell me all the time... I've gone months with nothing but brown liquid.
 
yeah... I drink a lot of liquids to compensate. I've had a lot of fatigue too...

Im not experiencing this now, But i have in the past. Just wondering why the hell it happens. How damaging is it. It almost happens every time i eat. Its almost like whatever i eat goes right through me. Makes me wonder how much nutrients im getting if food just gets dumped.

you drink any liquor? I noticed that if I overload on vodka the next morning after 2 or 3 cups of coffee:thumbsup:

So you are regular when you aren't on cycle? Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. Maybe the gear is causing it or do you possibly change something you are eating drastically. I keep the squirts constantly from irritable bowel myself. It sucks, well blows, well flows actually. Within fifteen minutes of eating I gotta go.

Yeah, im just starting to get some solid turds now. I think for the last 2 months or so i was only shooting liquid.

I know that test messes with your colon. Maybe it causes ibs?
 
I dont get it that bad. Sometimes when i first start the first week or so is rough but after that it solid's up. You eat enough fiber?
 
i think a good goal for most people is 22 to 25, i dont think i get that much, buy some sugar free metamucil in powder form and take it once a day at least drink about 16 ounces of water with it. that stuff really helps me out.
