listen to your body bro

take your time, start light, keep form good, concentrate on contraction and tight slow movements

good luck to you, i know a few people who have had a torn bi or tri, its takes a bit to get back to normal, but all in due time my friend :-)

yup listen to jon if you even feel like your pushing it a tad too far back off, slow and steady bro.

slow and steady my friend-beat that in your head and you should be alright...gonna be frustrating as hell at 1st though

my legs are still begging for a good workout, but due to a back injury a couple of months ago i can only go 800lbs on the leg press
the legs say more, the back says no-sucks but I have to be careful with it

I hear ya. When I broke my arm it shriveled four inches in 6 weeks. It also stunk. Literally. I could not wipe my butt either. It was hard to learn not to get crap on my left hand.
