For those that might know a little more than me about all the blood work stuff. I get blood work done every six months. It is for other reasons than AAS, but they test all the stuff needed. They have always been normal until now. I got some results that were a little off today. My Creatinine and eGFR were off. These test were done a few months ago, so the doctor wants me to do it again and see if it has changed any. My eGFR was 56. It should be above 60 to be in the normal range. Also my Creatinine was 1.48 where it should be from .50-1.30. Of course I was told I need to loose some weight and watch my eating (less protein). So how bad are these numbers? Does taking creatine effect these numbers any? My doctor seemed to think creatine would not affect them. If it did, i would stop taking it for sure, but he thinks it is more of a kidney thing. So what can I do to take better care of my kidneys? Are there any supplements I can take to help out?
