Yeah I running axio...(havnt given this a try, so I thought this would be the best time) i have some from before, so this is the plan to give Axio a good shot...

I promise You Bro YOU WILL BE SO IMPRESSED With this decision that nothing else will seem plausible after it... IMHO...


thursday, I did some back, deads, db rows, seated rows, and pulldowns ...Nothing to special really ...worked my way up on the deads to 405 poulds for 10 reps...felt pretty good

See bro, nothing to be ashamed of .. thats AWESOME !! I know most peeps that can't do 3 plates for 10.. I am willing to bet You get to 495 for 10 by the end of your BULK RUN !! Now that is some STRENGTH/POWER/and SIZE !!! :eek:
 
I'm running axio's test prop right now n its awesome bro.....will be adding in their masteron and winny a few weeks frm now.....cnt wait
 
Ok guys yesterday I did some calves (with chuck) then some delts (with Gabecamp) then trained arms later in the day with Garrick...I dont know what was up with yesterday....I guess that axio is kicking in ...LOL !!!!
 
oh yeal yesterday afternoon I checked my weight with cloths and shoes on it was 246lbs...so Im guessing im a good 240lbs now...
 
Bro, LOL.... You wear 6lbs. of clothes?? Haha... I don't think I wear that much if Im sporting steel toed boots.. I am guessing around 242lbs. approx. When you hit the scale again.. let us know.. when you aren't all the way dressed..

Shoot me a PM, I'd love to know what you are running for AXIO. I think I have an idea but you never fully TOLD me 100% that that is what you were going to do... so yah.. when you got the time man.. TRAIN HARD !!
 
Hey Chris....whats Your diet look like....what type/ratio of calories-protein, fat & carbs...?

Honestly this week my diet has been pretty much whatever I wanted to eat...no set program or anything...

this upcoming week, im going back to my base diet that I started my prep with and slowly add in cals where I need it at...
 
Shit guys I woke up this morning and weighed myself (without cloths on) at 240lbs ....Damn !!! thats my morning weight...Ok its time to get back to a clean diet again..LOL !!! something is kicking in
 
ok guys today is my offical starting day for the offseason...Im going to try something new this offseason, one is actully train hard this offseason and be consistant to...LOL !!! Also, im going to follow a strict diet this offseason and try to grow lean mass, instead of just added weight for the sake of adding weight...


Meal 1
6 whole eggs (large)

Meal 2
6oz. lean beef patty (93%)
1 scp. Whey Isolate
2 tbsp Natural Penut Butter

Meal 3
8oz. Ground Turkey
green salad w/2 tbsp olive oil

Meal 4
same as Meal 2

Meal 5
8oz. Sirlon Steak or Lean Ground beef patty (93%)

Meal 6
same as Meal 1
 
WOW!! Looks like a good diet bro. You think that maybe dropping some of the yokes and adding some whites might help keep cholesterol down???


Biggest thing i've learned is its all about diet....
 
CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF.. THE CHOLESTEROL ISN'T ALL THAT EFFECTED AT ALL IN A BAD WAY WITH EGG YOLKS.. THEY ARE NEEDED IN AIDING IN THE DIGESTION PROCESS... Chris250 do not drop the whole eggs for stupid junk lonely ass egg whites.. WHOLE EGGS !!

My degree in nutritional science has GOT to count for something.. LOL...
 
This is exactly what Frank Zane says he did. Never going over 5% of his competition weight. He also took Thyroid meds for 14 years to stay lean and eats like a machine

no that helps me a lot. I was constantly wondering about how 8 eggs in the morning would be messing up my cholesterol .

cholesterol is the building block for test...hence, all the basics of the anabolic diet by dr mauro dipisquale.....totally agree here Deuce
