On the dizzy thing bro... Happens to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I am nearing the end of a high intensity workout.. ON CYCLE OR NOT.. It to me I believe is the trigger in the body saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Finish up quickly because I am tapped.. that's what I have taken it as.. so since I have started listening to my body in this manner (The second the dizzy spell hits) I quit. No matter what set I am on, what exercise. I think that's the way my body says you have reached what you can do for the day... ok SO EVER SINCE I have started incorporating this.. Yes the dizzy spell will continue a little bit for the rest of the night (not as FIERCE as it would be if I ignored it at the gym and kept training) because if I do that.. that's when I feel like complete and total CRAP afterwards, and all the way into the next day... so anyways.. ever since i started calling it quits the second this dizzy shitty feeling hits.. NOT Only have my lifts increased, not only have I started to get better results, but my appetite has gotten better, my overall mood has increased, I am not as sore anymore in the morning, nor am I agitated when I wake up, ALL AROUND. I seriously think.. I don't know if there is a scientific fact backing this up or if it's all in my head.. but it WORKS for me.. I am stretching the tape. I am making gains. My workouts are improving. My cycle has become more productive.
As far as MY BP goes I am on Cardura. 4mg's per day. AND NO MATTER WHAT I RUN or the DOSE I RUN.. I have never exceeded 122/84 (my highest BP registration since I got accustomed to the medicine) .. Typically it is 118/77 (Avg) .. and this is on a High dose Test/Nandrolone/dbol cycle.
Ok I am getting off track THE DUDE. First off, congrats on the impressive gains. Glad you are LOVING the cycle.. Try what I said.. when the dizzy=ness kicks in during ur workout.. just stop. **Obviously if it happens on ur 1st set you shouldn't stop..but maybe you should because MAYBE you haven't allowed for enough rest**
I am going to search for some possible relation to these statements to back it up.. Maybe there is truth to it bro. Maybe there is something behind it ALL. Then... if there is nothing.. MAYBE I AM ONTO SOMETHING HERE.
I think I should also note that I am on ZERO supplements right now.. No whey protein, no BCAA'S, No Glutamine, No Arginine, No Amino Acids whatsoever, No ANYTHING besides STRAIGHT REAL FOOD !!!
(Doing a study-- Real Food Gains vs. SUPPLEMENTAL Gains )
