Change of plans... staying on the prop till the end. I feel awesome and I'm getting stronger every workout!! The suspension is getting less painful but still causes swelling at the site for a couple days. It makes my chest look like a 7 inch thick steak!!

THAT'S WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR BRO !! I am so Glad you decided to go that route.. trust me, you will be thanking yoursel(and me) hahaha at the end of your 8 weeks.. (personally i'd kick that up to 12, but then again.. that's me) ;)

I'm already appreciative! 12 weeks?? Done! Don't tempt me to do a longer bulker! If this continues anything like it has started I may have trouble getting into the Heavy's!!! All that low dose talk is total bullshit!

Hahaha, THAT'S AWESOME MAN !! Glad to hear it's going so great for you.. I just started my BULKER yesterday.. No effects yet.. Patiently waiting.. haha.. Tomorrow it should get a lil bit goosy... and 3 or 4 days from now it should really start to kick in w/ the 60mgs per day of DBOL.. yah yah yah.. I know.. It's just DBOL but I love the stuff.. then the massive amounts of TEST will start pouring in along with the NPP ... and THEN I will be EXTREMELY HAPPY !!!!!! :D

Yah that whole low dose shit is for sally's.. hahaha.. "Oh 500-750mgs of TEST is Plenty.. YOU WON'T EVER .. Have to use more than that.." HAHAHAHA.. Yah ok buddy.. I hate when people say that...

It's more like MIND YA BUSINESS. Let me run my LIFE the way I want to. and do my own AAS Lifestyle the way I deem appropriate.. and YOU .. do yours.. YA KNOW??

I never tell anyone HOW TO RUN A CYCLE.. I just tell them HOW I WOULD.. And give suggestions.. ultimately the decision solely rests upon them.. Ya know??

Glad to hear you are taking some of my advice though bro...

Alright I need some help. While its official... I'm definately gaining like crazy, even a buddy of mine that competes made a statement about how "fucking big you're getting" and that was after doing legs!! I'm having some issues that are worrying me. After my workouts I'm getting very light headed and dizzy. I'm getting bad cold sweats and headaches and some flu symptoms although they seem to be the day after I do suspension. My intensity in the gym is awesome and my strength is insane and seems to be gaining exponentially. In the gym I feel invincible. The next day I feel frail. I'm going on the 11th to get my monthly checkup (no bloodwork of course) but I'm a little concerned. If this is just the price to pay I'm good with it, but is it normal. I am using substantially more than ever. Is it just a coincidence? Do I just have a cold from the unusually cold weather we are having??

I would say its probably the suspension but ive never personally ran it so i cant say for sure. I know if i get feeling shitty from test its only for about 24 hours then im good to go. What about weekends? you off on sat sun? if so how do you feel on sunday? Im assuming your still doing DC mon wed fri? If you feel fine on sunday then its probably the suspension. If your still down on sunday then it may just be your body being worn down from the major doses.

Have a white russian dude :)

I do feel better on Sundays. If it is the suspension and nothing more serious, I'll stick it out. I really like it and now is the best time to use it IMO. I was also watching the news this evening and they had a story about the abnormally cold temps and the acute symptoms and they mimic mine to a T. I also work outside for the most part. I'm not feeling as bad now as I usually do so maybe tonight will mark a turning point.

My strength and bodyweight continue to sky rocket unfortunately they have brought a friend. My BP. I'm usually at 120/70, I was 143/89 at the docs. I'm adding in some dyazide and perhaps Nolvadex. The muscle and strength gains are bordering on stupid. I can make 20lb jumps on exercises each time I train and do the same number or more reps as the last time. I'm not happy with my face.... it looks like I have a fucking Happy Meal in my mouth that I haven't finished chewing. I've stopped paying attention to the scale. Now its what clothes can I not fit into. Wearing 3X shirts now and filling them out.

fuck me man your getting huggeeee. those strength gains are just insane haha. Hopefully the losing of water will bring the BP down. good luck man.

On the dizzy thing bro... Happens to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I am nearing the end of a high intensity workout.. ON CYCLE OR NOT.. It to me I believe is the trigger in the body saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Finish up quickly because I am tapped.. that's what I have taken it as.. so since I have started listening to my body in this manner (The second the dizzy spell hits) I quit. No matter what set I am on, what exercise. I think that's the way my body says you have reached what you can do for the day... ok SO EVER SINCE I have started incorporating this.. Yes the dizzy spell will continue a little bit for the rest of the night (not as FIERCE as it would be if I ignored it at the gym and kept training) because if I do that.. that's when I feel like complete and total CRAP afterwards, and all the way into the next day... so anyways.. ever since i started calling it quits the second this dizzy shitty feeling hits.. NOT Only have my lifts increased, not only have I started to get better results, but my appetite has gotten better, my overall mood has increased, I am not as sore anymore in the morning, nor am I agitated when I wake up, ALL AROUND. I seriously think.. I don't know if there is a scientific fact backing this up or if it's all in my head.. but it WORKS for me.. I am stretching the tape. I am making gains. My workouts are improving. My cycle has become more productive.

As far as MY BP goes I am on Cardura. 4mg's per day. AND NO MATTER WHAT I RUN or the DOSE I RUN.. I have never exceeded 122/84 (my highest BP registration since I got accustomed to the medicine) .. Typically it is 118/77 (Avg) .. and this is on a High dose Test/Nandrolone/dbol cycle.

Ok I am getting off track THE DUDE. First off, congrats on the impressive gains. Glad you are LOVING the cycle.. Try what I said.. when the dizzy=ness kicks in during ur workout.. just stop. **Obviously if it happens on ur 1st set you shouldn't stop..but maybe you should because MAYBE you haven't allowed for enough rest**

I am going to search for some possible relation to these statements to back it up.. Maybe there is truth to it bro. Maybe there is something behind it ALL. Then... if there is nothing.. MAYBE I AM ONTO SOMETHING HERE.

I think I should also note that I am on ZERO supplements right now.. No whey protein, no BCAA'S, No Glutamine, No Arginine, No Amino Acids whatsoever, No ANYTHING besides STRAIGHT REAL FOOD !!!

(Doing a study-- Real Food Gains vs. SUPPLEMENTAL Gains )

That's strange. Looking back it is after I push through the second dizzy spell that I really start feeling ill and my after aftects are exactly as you describe. I always have to nap the day after as I feel sick too. I'm curious about the food thing. Are you picking foods to give you what you need... creatine, vitamins, etc or just a bodybuilders diet?? How specific are you being?? I may try that med as the dyazide is already causing cramps even though it is potassium sparing.

My diet is pretty extensive.. just all foods bro. Basically. When you take things like creatine and glutamine or whey protein they are classified as a "SUPPLEMENT" .. meaning.. if you eat the correct way, you won't need it.. because you are SUPPLEMENTING it in.. so I am Logging how I feel, how my workouts are, how well I tolerate the food, my recovery, everything is taken into account. My diet is approx. 5750kcals right now.. 500g's of Pro, 400g's of Carbs and 100g's of GREAT FATS ! ... I think it is around 5750 cals.. not really too concerned as long as I hit my Macro's Divided by 6 meals.. 84g's of Pro per Meal, 67g's of Carbs, 17g's of Fat per meal.. AVERAGE.. Obviously I switch it around to where I get majority of Carbs in the first meal of the day and the PWO meal... trying to keep the carbs out of my last 2 meals of the day.. as much as i can... Hell it's workin' so far.. and slow and steady (Then as things move along I am going to drop of some g's of carbs and start putting in g's of protein as the weight goes up..) And then.. after I feel like I have done enough research on the real food part.. I am going to "SUPPLEMENT IN THE SUPPLEMENTS" ... and see what happens with my body.. again.. LOG all the results.. and see if it will break through any plateau I may or may not be at .. or if it will cause me to start dropping off.

It's an experimental program on my body to maximize it's potential .. AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I HIT 300lbs !!! Hahaha

(Sorry to temporarily hijack your thread bro.. i'll make sure I won't do it again.. hahaha)

Fucking hurt!! I'll see the extent of the injury soon. Its my teres minor. Yep a rotator cuff injury. Wonderful.

I'm back in business, going to swap in 1g of Sustaplex with the 1g of cyp and 500mg of enanthate with 500mg of NPP with 50mcg of IGF. I see big gains in my future! Thanks Duece.

fuck yeah bro did you see a doc about the injury?

Sort of. I had sonic therapy and something called Active Release. I wasn't going to have surgery so what is the point of the sonogram?? My last one showed "tearing of the anterior deltoid at the clavicular insertion.... whatever. I haven't had any problems shoulder pressing 110's for 18 reps. I'll change up the exercises and be careful.
