Guys, its been about 3 weeks since I touched a weight...and im about to go CRAZY !!! LOL !!! Each day it gets worse...and I want to lift something ... LOL !!! :bench:

But anyway, Im feeling better...I mean, overall my energy is coming back...im losing alot of water weight..and feel healthy again..I know im probably not healthy enough to train hard again..but man, it would be great to just do some light dumbell stuff to get some blood moving again...Anyway, thats my rant...!!! Just bored out of my mind !!! im READY to train again !!! :bber:
 
Hey Chris..Can you do basic stuff like push-ups, crunches, pullups, bodyweight squats etc. That would keep the muscles "alive" and help your sanity. Even old school Isometrics Training. What you think bro?

Good to hear your back to your normal self brotha. be patient you will be back in it before you know it ;).
 
I know the feeling, hang in there man, you'll back throwing around serious iron in no time.

What was the doc's suggestions? Did they give you any restrictions? I would think sitting and doing nothing would be worse for you. Granted I wouldn't go max out, but at least go for walks? Glad to hear your feeling better, that was some scarry shit!

Im allowed some light cardio and thats it for now..Cant let my heart pump to hard...for now...

actully with the beta blockers in me, its hard to get my heart rate up anyway...just get tired fast
