Should I be taking in on a daily basis? I get no enjoyment out of drinking water although I know its necessary. I drink maybe, MAYBE three 16.9oz bottles a day. How much should I be drinking?
 
There's no real set requirement to my knowledge. That 8 glasses a day thing is a myth.
 
I just drink when I'm thirsty. Some days I'll drink 1 gallon, some days 2 gallons. Heck, some days I drink almost a gallon just while I'm training.

crg do you ever worry that some of your work out is comeing out of your pours and thats it enless you are realy burning and doing something that creates a lot of tare
 
im knew at working out i played ball threw high school but dident have to work out much im just trying to learn as much as i can befor i throw cash down on it.
 
I have a gallon jug that I just refill from the water cooler at work and the fountain at the gym... some days I drink a little less than a gallon, some days alot more (usually 2 or more when dieting!)
 
alright. i was referring to the fact that when you work out a percentage of your burnt mass is water right?

There's no "burned mass". Its just sweat. I drink at least a gallon a day. I try to never be thirsty. On days I train or I'm out in the sun it could be 2 or even 3 gallons.

on my last test and deca bulk, i was drinking over 10litres of water a day, somtimes up to 15litres, but i was sweating like crazy.. i would have beads of sweat on my lip and above my eyebrows just watching tv.
