Tricks and recommendations needed. I know there is always carb manipulation. 6 days none with a refeed. None after 5. My friend is stuck at a point and has been 3 weeks. Im dropping all the ideas I can. Any input appreciated.
Its a female and she is killing the cardio and super super diet restricted. I told her she may need to refeed because she is in starvation mode. Just a thought I told her but at a point your body will shut down like that when it feels its in jeopardy.

Clearly we would need more specifics to give better feedback, but it sounds like she may be due for a refeed. It doesn't have to be an all out cheat if she doesn't want to. Last year during prep, my coach had me do one once a week towards the end because 1. I was so low on energy and 2. kept hitting plateaus. I did a double serving of oatmeal and a banana and it did the trick!
