Started to use the taning bed this week

Only been twice, and shit I get red. lol Hopefully in a month Ill have some what of a tan.

Shouldn't take you too long... I haven't done it in awhile but used to and I'm about as pasty white as you appear to be, lol!~ Took a little while but I colored up pretty good. You should color up in a couple of weeks of 2-3 visits pw I would think?

There's always MTll... Haven't tried this but have read some pretty good things about it. Thinking of giving it a try this summer.

Bro what bronzer are you using. I only ask because we seem to have about the same glowing white skin. LOL. Worship does good. I went a month and was actually tan. My grandfather was norweigan so I thought a month wasn't bad.

I used to love going to the tanning bed immediately after an intense workout, really seemed to relax my muscles. Not sure when you're doing it (PWO or what), but PWO was always a relief for me

You'll color up nicely, shouldn't take too long. I'm more surprised that you can fit in a tanning bed lol

I've been tanning for a couple of weeks now too. I'm getting dark after only five visits of not more than ten minutes each.

I usually like to tan before working out, to warm up a little. If I do it after my workout, I start sweating too quickly in the tanning bed.

i was in the sun 9 hours today w a sleeveless so I have red arms and face and neck.... no base tan sucks, damn winter... Now I need to tan my front and back without tanning arms neck or face
