Biceps update

Todays split
Biceps all sets of 4 with reps of 12,10,8,6
*Preacher curl 35pnds, 55 pnds, 85 pnds, 105 pnds (inner grip eazy bar)
*Preacher DB hammer curl (individual arm at a time) 35, 40, 50, 55
*Cable curls (from arms horizontal to pulling into head)
30kg,35kg,42.5kg,50kg-per hand
*Cable curl single (start w hand pronated and straight down, curling upwards to opposite sides clavicle) 20kg, 25kg, 35kg, 42.5kg
*Burnout standing Hammer curls
35pnds for 15 no rest to 30pnds for 15, 2 big deep breaths to 20 pound DBs for 20reps.
21 minutes on the bike

Left arm pumped is just less than 17 3/4 Right arm just under 16 3/4
 
Your arm measurements are as drastically different as mine are. I'm about a full inch different too
 
I asked that same question to a couple guys at my gym and me included. Their dominent arms bicep has a smaller peak then their non-dominent hand. But like you guys obviously their dominent hand is stronger. I wonder why that is? The circumference is pretty much however. Weird
 
Hmm...I must be out of the norm then because although my dominant arm is stronger, it peaks better than the other (I'm right-handed), but the non-dominant arm is a little bigger.

yeah its one of those things that falls strictly with genetics I suppose, seeing as nothing would change that fact on my arms. Saudades, did u see the post by my buddy "Formernpc"? with his pix if he starts competing next year again u guys should sponsor him, hes a monster, but u can see that from his pix

I am the same....but over the years I really focused on the left and brought it up almost the same as the right, but my measurments were always very close to each other.
