I used to do these on the big pulley rack, id put them up high, sit down on my knees and in the shape of a V id go from high up and wide, topinching my elbows to bottom of lats, and id get some weird looks, and friends always questioned it. I havent done them in about a year now though
yes they are...maybe its that program someone gave you to do 2x per week to bring them up, or those supplements, or the fact your bust your ass all week in the gym and dieting...or ALL of it
