Body Weight....

How many of you guys catch your self on the scales ... To see if your weight is on the rasie.. I know I catch myself all the time.. I think alot of guys do this and I'm one of they sad to say.. lol !!:weight::weight:
 
I feel your pain Metal.. I can start the day out at 247 and by the the end of the day I'm at 253.. How and the hell don't I keep some of the wiegth in into the next moring.. I start out all the same weight the next.. It has been like this for this hole cycle !!!! THIS SUCKS BALLS ... lol
 
Ps. Yes, I habitually/routinely check it, at times a few times a day. Humm, does that fall into Irish2003 bad habit thread?:confused: lol

Any more I stay off, and I can honestly see progress on what ever my goal is at that time, once a week or so is anymore for me.

lol the weight I was waking up to last week, is the weight im going to bed at this week.... I dont know what the deal is, I guess im not retaining as much water this week

I was weighing two or three times a day too. After reading another thread about this, I've been able to cut down to a few times a week.

It is like smoking pot I can syop doing it for so long and I'm back at it angin !!!
 
I am worse than a woman when it comes to obssessing about the scale. Fuck that thing man. As long as what you see in the mirror looks good, then go with it, and make changes as you go. I tell myself i will only weigh myself once a week..... but it ends up being like 2x/ day, lol..... go figure
 
Unless there is some magnification built in, which there seems to be on a lot of mirrors these days. And then it depends on the lighting aroung that particular mirror. You can look like two different people just by looking in two different mirrors.

I've really learned that the scale doesn't mean shit. I killed myself for years to get to 270lbs. Now the weight is just falling off. I have no clue as to where I'm going to land for my show and if my trainer wants to know my weight, he can look at it. Fuck the scale. Stupid whore
