I feel your pain Metal.. I can start the day out at 247 and by the the end of the day I'm at 253.. How and the hell don't I keep some of the wiegth in into the next moring.. I start out all the same weight the next.. It has been like this for this hole cycle !!!! THIS SUCKS BALLS ... lol

Any more I stay off, and I can honestly see progress on what ever my goal is at that time, once a week or so is anymore for me.

this is very trueUnless there is some magnification built in, which there seems to be on a lot of mirrors these days. And then it depends on the lighting aroung that particular mirror. You can look like two different people just by looking in two different mirrors.
