Good luck Bro !!!

Thanks man. I will use this thread to post updates. I did 30mcg after cardio with breakfast. And plan to do 40mcg more b4 tonights quad session. I'll report back later. Feeling depleted and off today. Hopefully I can snap out of it before I get under the bar

Looking great, bro. The lethargy will go away after your system gets used to the IGF. Just take a little caffeine for a little boost if you need it.

Thanks. I haven't really experienced lethargy so to speak. Just a little depleted on my low carb days. But today was a bit different. Carbs were at 175 (low day). I did my 45 minutes of fasted moderate intensity cardio and with breakfast took 30mcg IGF. Felt full most of the day. My pre-wo meal (last carb meal of the day) was half-cup oatmeal, 1 cup eggwhites, and 1 scoop whey isolate. With my pre-wo meal, I took 10g glycerol monostearate, 1 scoop green magnitude, 200mg ALA and 40mcg IGF. Holy shit. Even thouh my carbs and cals were low today, I was pumped and vascular as fuck. I got a few comments from some of the regulars. As I sit here on my couch, my arms are aching and still pumped. That is a preworkout combo I will continue to use (I will use the GMS sparingly due to the sugar alcohols)

Does anyone else get hypo from this? Did 65mcg with 50g pro/25g carb pre-wo and I thought I was gonna pass out. I've been keeping glucose tabs in the truck just in case. Almost took some but managed to get thru the workout without.

Yes, there have been a few people reporting that. You have to increase your carbs to keep that from happening. Hard to do if you're trying to go low carb. Remember that IGF goes through the same pathway as insulin, plus whey protein actually has its own glucose lowering effects so that would be why you went low. You don't want to go low like that because your body will cannibalize your hard-earned muscle tissue to get glucose for organ/brain function.

I have been sipping fruit juice, creatine and bcaa's immediately after taking my igf1 and through my workout...just an FYI...feel great!

Yeah. I have found thru experimentation that as long as I stay at 50mcg preworkout, I am cool. Did 25g carb/50g pro/50mcg IGF (and 200mg caffeine) before quads today and had a good workout. Also a contributing factor to my hypoglycemia bouts, I believe, is that I have been dosing 20mg pheraplex preworkout the past week which I believe is causing some glycogen supercompensation, leaving me with a little bit low glucose. Cycling carbs. Today and tomorrow are low carb days(150g), sat and sun are moderate and mon i get to have 300g! Woohoo! I will post an update photo in a few days

Nice pics bro. Are you going to post pics weekly from here on out for the next 12 weeks or so? Would be cool to see the progress pics week by week

Yeah, sure. I can post some weekly progress pics. I am my worst critic. Some of my buddies at the gym tell me every time I see them that I am getting bigger and more cut but I am disappointed every time I look at my pics and when I look in the mirror I pick myself apart. I look like a bag of shit! LOL. My coach tells me to cut it out. He says it's normal to feel this way. He says just stick to the plan and I will be peeled on July 23. My sis says that she always gets way self critical in her prep. (she just barely missed the overall in the Orlando Europa pro figure catagory)

Well u can tell from the first pic alone that u have hardened up since the pics u posted 13 weeks out, so I would say I can see some progress bro, not a ton but a little and i would say in 11 weeks you should show a real good transformation from ur starting point!!!

Yeah. My coach was happy with where I am at in these pics. He said I will be surprised with the changes to come in the next 11 wks.

whats your height and weight here? what weight is your goal?

5'8" and 206 lbs here. It's funny, after ratcheting my calories down and my cardio up the past week, I have gained weight... not lost. LOL. Not concerned with weight now. We are shooting for middleweight class... So under 176lbs at weigh-ins
